Meet the new boss, same as the old boss......

Being Processed since 60 days 11 hours
#698513 digibyte withdraw

.....and remember you gave a false, fabricated transaction ID. In 4 years of crypto this is the ONLY exchange of the dozen or so I've used to do such a thing. This is actually a criminal act of fraud, not a processing or support issue, akin to knowingly passing fraudulent checks.

Sorry for your loss. A friend had a similar problem with Poloniex, he got lucky it only took 2 months for him to get his coins and by that time the price had dropped, will Poloniex compensate him..I think not.
It's unfortunate that people are still getting caught in the Poloniex net, if only there was a way (other than Bitcointalk) to warn the public of this abysmal exchange.

Poloniex got itself into trouble by listing unregistered securities and outright scams like jl777hodl, MAID, and Dash.

Their only way out was to make nice with Goldman, so the Goldman-captured courts and regulators would grant them indulgences for previous sins and declare everything kosher.

Going forward, Polo will have the resources to support fulfillment of their fiduciary duties (which includes distributing to users their Calisto airdrops) and will have the deep pockets to sue if they fail in those duties.

Poloniex got itself into trouble by operating unlicensed margin trading and lending services. This is most likely the reason why they are having issues honoring withdrawals because they're an illliquid exchange borrowing coin from Peter to pay Paul. They got in over their heads and the only way out was to pass the buck to Circle.

Well, I really don't know an exchange in production now that has the license to operate with margin trading and lending. Imho is not a valid reason to deny the withdrawals.

They auto-close the margin orders to avoid default

Whaleclub.co is a platform that only offers margin trading, no exchange. It's also in a different jurisdiction (HK) than Poloniex (USA). If they never introduced margin trading into their platform then chances are we wouldn't be having this conversation. I wouldn't be surprise if that 400m "acquisition" was in the form of capital injection to cover market illiquidity.

this is the TXID
please check it.
thanks

It may will take several weeks before you will see your precious DigiByte again. Poloniex are notorious for getting coins stuck in transit for weeks (sometimes months) at a time.
Your only hope it to put in a ticket with Poloniex support (do not keep repeating the ticket as they may just ignore them all) and hope for the best.

I have already put a ticket with poloniex support but there is no answer.

I've a similar problem now with Cryptopia, tried to withdraw some coins and they ended up frozen on "Pending" and have been for some time now. At least they replied to my support question with the answer that "It can be up to 26 days before we can help you.", holy sh*t, almost a month to get it sorted.
Must remember to add Cryptopia, along with Poloniex, to my list of exchanges to never use again.

any news from out of this mess, like from BOLONIEKS>> or CIRCLEPRAY

wtf how long

I can't find any information about a timeline. The last time I checked the domain name hadn't even been transferred to circle's ownership.

With my e-mail an service openmailbox.org is problems for a long time. My Poloniex account associated to this mail service. Letters for me are late for 1-3 days or do not arrive at all. So I got all the links from the Poloniex exchange already expired. I told the openmailbox.org administrator about the problems, but he did not answer. What should I do? I created a support ticket (#784601), but they did not answer. I can not log into my account.

You should ask support to do account closure. Then register new account using another email provider, for example gmail.com.

You can provide addresses and support makes withdrawals to these addresses. Actually you can register new account prior to closure old and get addresses there.

I think whatever the news is I would get out of Poloniex before it's too late. Circle will just asset strip Poloniex and when that happens you will be lucky to get any of your coins out of Poloniex.
Find a coin that Poloniex does not have problems with (if you can, and want to), then sell all your coins to that one and transfer them out to another exchange.

why did support close my tickets multiple same issue. anyway. when do i get my coins?

maybe an updated tweet would do fine. but hey. rather scamming the s*** out of it all.

Had not u taken the funds out before circle announcement? That trade only made things go from bad to worse. Volume consistently dries out, bums still staying there get dissed and incomprehensible posts pop up on the news feed box. The latter post with funny mistakes in it is signed by poloniexteam. Whos that? Circle CEO momma.
