ticket # 216475  , 14 days without answer and other tickets around the same and none answered , they stole 1.83 bitcoin from my wallet, no withdrawal , nothing, i was waiting for it to confirm on the blockchain but they took it before i had the chance to do anything, 1.83 bitcoin might not be that much but it starts to make problem in my life


im sure a lot of hackers look here, please guys do your work and find us the physical place of these guys that they can answer and pay us by any force necessary will be needed.

Seems that Polo is losing his trust.. So many problems in the last months. Better to change into Bittrex? I have some $ Polo but I'm worried about the last withdrawal issues

Well ETH deposit made days ago finally made it to POLO.  Withdrawals went well and fast.  Support never answered ticket lol but hey cant win em all

I had the problem of withdrawing ETH 0.32266993ETH from poloniax on my mytherwallet on 21.6.2017, but poloniex solved it after 4 days, now it's on my wallet.
 
In poloniexa's history it states that the transaction was over and completed, but it took 4 days to sit on myetherwallet

Etherchain.org/tx/ says Error: 0x62e4399b72aae1744d8deee7e95c69d0efbdc5f6d02c10a03f74479f47cf45b7 'not found!
 
My etherwallet works normally, but on 21.6, transaction of 0.32266993 ETH did not switch to wallet

I had sent two support tickets regarding the delay of the ETH
 # 254090Created on Wed, 21 Jun at 5:02 PM
And # 264231Created on Fri, 23 Jun at 3:51 PM

On these two tickets, the Support Center answered me the same

It looks like after 4 days Txid changed from: 0x62e4399b72aae1744d8deee7e95c69d0efbdc5f6d02c10a03f74479f47cf45b7 on 0x0a5ed64b8f62231165837357b02d976209a493d4c7c43f7ff7663877b136786e, which is now visible on etherscan.

Poloniax has solved this problem, but still writes beside the ticketing in Support Center-BEING PROCESSED, although they have resolved and the 0.32266993 ETH has switched to the wallet.

So I can not say anything bad about the poloniex team, although I see that many people have problems that are not solved and are waiting to be.

wow seriously , im waiting for 14 days for 1.83 bitcoin stolen from my wallet and they dont even bother answering but they took care of this guy with a 4 day ticket,    now im even more stressed cause it seemed evn more like a scam wtf

I tried to withdraw 0.2btc worth of doge to bittrex just to test if it works fine, and it is. I got my confirmation in less than 10 mins. So maybe if anyone wanted to "evacuate" their money, you can use doge

Polo don't give sh*t about us. I got a locked account with coins in it. Ticket created over 2 months ago and I didn't get one reply.

What really worries me is the fact that there is no news or any sort of reaction or statement as to what is going on. The Twitter account has an update but that was 3 weeks ago thought It seems there are a lot of ongoing problems.  This causes people to speculate on all sort of things that might not be happening at all.  In these cases I think: no news = bad news

Isn't what mostly happened here was the too-long confirmation, not the "awaiting approval"? Maybe this is stupid, but it's not hurt to.make sure, have you tried "approving" the Withdrawal from your email?

it is because of the ETH backlog, poloniex have done nothing to help

same for @kriptovaluta
and the answer you got from "support" is an automatic mail ...

poloniex crew could be dead it wouldn't be worse

First of all, I want to say that we aren't newbies and we definetely understand
how exchange and bitcoin network works. So don't think, that we are another user who have questions like
"Why my bitcoins aren't received in 3 seconds?"

Recently, 14 June 2017 we made a withdrawal from Poloniex but it is still "Awaiting approval".
Ticket #237515
We are a huge mining company, who always make exchange process on Poloniex for further
withdrawal bitcoins to our investors. We have 4 accounts, one of them is verificated,
while others linked to that one, which has verification.

In total more than 6 BTC are awaiting approval for more that 12 days.

Here you can see that we mined some coins and made a transaction to the exchange.

Why our withdrawal awaiting approval for such a long time?
Why you don't make any moves, when verificated user with a huge trading volume make a support ticket?
Are you so negligent with all users?
Why our investors should suffer because of you?

Reading this thread it looks like the withdrawals either go smooth or got stuck for good. Has anyone (recently) got their withdrawal issues resolved, or at least received non-generic response from support?
