I got on my Ticket now a Admin/Editor, he is not answering but tryd 2 times to get my etc in there Wallet and 2 Times (OUT/Failed)
This is kind of Sad, i think they will never fixx that Probleme.

I see in their TOS here:

Poloniex is registered with FinCEN as an MSB (Money Services Business), registration number 31000055869515. Poloniex may be required to file details of account activity to this organization from time to time.

Then you go make a search here:

https://www.fincen.gov/msb-registrant-search

Interesting their registration number does not yield any results. What is up with that?

Search by the name, you'll find them. The correct number is: MSB Registration Number: 31000091844018. Looks like they had to re-register for some reason.
