Poloniex will loose all the customers if they dont provide any support. Who will use poloniex when they dont respond? It is becoming dangerous.

Its been more than 3 days still my coins are not deposited. And zero support. Any one here from poloniex alive?

Poloniex has about $10K of my money and I am unable to get it out of the exchange.  Moreover, I have proof someone inside the company is engaging in insider trading and manipulating the market.  Poloniex doesn't respond to tickets.   Angry

Everyone who has had money stuck on poloniex without any response from them for a few weeks should put a negative feedback on every poloniex person they can find.
holding peoples money for weeks going into months and refusing to process it or even respond to tickets is simply unconscionable.

We can start by filling a negative trust for this guy and then work our way up
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=139578

Please do this if you have lost a serious amount of money but please don't if its not a large amount for you personally.

I've been waiting for 3 weeks for my withdrawal to process even though I followed all of the rules. I will wait a full month and then I will go to town on these guys telling my sad story to anyone who will listen (including the authorities)

POLONIEX, if you don't want a swarm of negative feedback and the loss of business that comes with that then don't screw your customers.

People are very frustrating service. A lot of advice don't use Poloniex. Support team does not answer even after many days, it's so bad. Poloniex needs to improve the situation. I'm not using it now but hope it better.

Yip .... if risky or just unprofessional .. i don't longer care about them.

The last few litecoin are now on withdrawal, 'Awaiting Approval' as usual, i think they will at least take 2 or more weeks to get that done .. but well..... its just a few pennies, most of my holdings are out there since few weeks..

Code:
Estimated value of holdings: $16.39 USD / 0.00376723 BTC

That's still way to much to hold over there.

But it just some Doge coins and some Stellar .. i let them just 'work for me' in lending Wink ... i do not expect to gain really much with that anyways (except doge will make a new high maybe).

I can not recommend poloniex to anyone actually ..... which is _really sad_.

It's like, all these exchange owners, operators and CEOs are like banksters.

Except, they are not so strict regulated by law .... and they don't get big government bailouts but if one get's robbed (hacked or whatever), if we want some sort of bailout, whe have to pay it by ourself......

I dont know what exactly is happening with poloniex. I have already moved all my funds out of there as I am not going to take anymore risk with them.

I think it's call "exit strategy".   They got rid of the moderators (and chat box) to eliminate the instant communications.   From what I gather I don't think anyone is getting any support tickets answered.  I know I have one that's been open for 48 days with no response.  I've got all coins moved off of Poloniex except the 6,000 stuck in the forever 'Processing' which is what the ticket is open for.  At this point I guessing I'll just be writing it off like everyone else will be doing because their coins are stuck in a withdrawl.

Does it strike anyone as odd how the deposits to Poloniex always seem to make it there but the withdrawals get magically stuck and mysteriously the support staff (if there are any left) don't ever get around to working on them?

Have you replied to that ticket (48 days pending) after creating it?

6 times.   but I'm not sure if replying to it helps it or puts it back at the end of the queue.

That's actually why I asked. If their system is not clever enough, it will sort by last update by default which means you're putting your ticket at the end of the queue.

I think, you don't need to just reply but actually click on the update button on the right side too....

At least, that's what i got from the howto i linked in this thread a few posts back....

Good luck!

If you're not withdrawing millions, why are withdrawals waiting approval?
