I just joined on Poloniex and they ask me for sending ID card if I want high withdraw limit (now it's 0$) .. But my friend tell me that she have withdraw limit on 2000$ without sending ID.. So why I must send ID now?

i generally can not recommend using poloniex. in case of a problem support ist real shit - support reaction time was three months in summer... and now i don't know exactly but i am waiting again for a support ticket.... hopefully not so long...

Yes, their support is very poor. I just noticed that my support ticket with GAS deposits which is 12 days old is not yet resolved. The problem has gone, deposit credited, but the ticket is not resolved, it is still in Being Processed state.

I believe those who are not lucky to get their withdrawals processed automatically by the system, will have to wait for months or years until their cases are processed manually, or they may even lose their money forever because Poloniex support cannot handle all support cases in time. Due to that problem Poloniex lost their leadership, they lose profit, but cannot do anything with it.

They are not, but they don't really care if you have problems with their software. In today's crypto world they don't have to fight for every customer, they have their 1M $$$ per day pretty easily without it, and even if it becomes 500K per day, or even 200K per day because they lose half of customers or more, it is still more than enough money for them, given that their core staff is just a few people.

If you want personal care with good liquidity, you need to go to Binance. When I had a problem, I reported it in a telegram chat and was personally contacted by Binance representative, who was glad to help. When I had a problem with 2FA on Bitfinex, we resolved it in two days. Now I also have a problem with a withdrawal on Polo which is stuck in Processing state for more than a day, and I don't know how long I will have to wait.

As far as I remember Iconomi had problems with their missing deposit of 100K ethers for half a year, and I don't know if they resolved it or not. Polo just didn't respond to their support ticket.

Anyway they should state on their web site in big red letters: "The platform is buggy and provided as is. Use at your own risk. Poloniex is not responsible for any loss of funds due to bugs and platform instability.". In fact, this is what crypto is all about. When you invest in crypto, you risk not only direct loss from price crash, but also risk of hacking, scams, software bugs, private key loss and so on. Invest what you can afford to lose and don't cry when you lose. You should have prepared to it when you bought crypto and deposited it to an exchange.

I thought Poloniex exchange has already cleared from all negative comments but until now I can see many claims about withdrawal problems I might stick to other exchange I will go back again if theres updates on issues.
