I'm in the surprisingly opposite situation.

Trying to get coin INTO Poloniex, sent some FLDC to Polo

Blockchain is showing it as received and confirmed into the Poloniex wallet, but the web site isn't showing it in there.

Its not a large amount, but it helps subsidise my electricity costs.

This is only my second time using this exchange, first time it went smooth as. This time, I've had one response from customer support then nothing.

I've got the same issue with an XCP deposit.

I'm sure this is not new but tried to withdraw XEM in a larger amount (to me at least) and it's been "awaiting approval" for well over 24 hours. Any idea if this eventually gets resolved? Their support is obviously not responding to my ticket..

Welcome to the Queue area .. take a seat ... virtual coffee and cookies are free ... there is no way to estimate how long we have to wait here ... i'm here since weeks (2017-07-31), if we get any news, i'm sure you will see them somewhere here......

I have dozens of such loans at 2/3/4/5% rates and 60 days, made by my bot so no big amount for each. I had about 10BTC on Poloniex to lend at the end of July and since then 2 thirds have closed early, I expect the remaining BTC to last a few days still.

I have another one from early July at 0.135% so about 50% annual after Polo takes its share, this one has been going on one month.

Rates at the moment are crazy low though.

I don't recommend any exchange but, I use Polo almost daily and, honestly, never had a problem with them. Strange isn't it?

Yeah this seems to happen a lot, transactions that get into this weird error state. No other way then for Polo support to manually fix this, could take ages I'm afraid. Best way would be to open a support ticket I think and be very patient.

For this reason I'm not touching Polo again, took me a long time to withdraw Ethereum.. Always remember, coins on an exchange are not really yours because you don't own the wallet address / private keys.  You send your coins to them.    Sending coins to an exchange is like throwing cash into the mailbox of the guy next door.  You know your money is there and how much but you never know if you can get it back, you completely depend on the other side to help you out.

Like BTC-e,MtGox, Cryptsy, if something goes wrong you lose everything

So basically you can't trade, right? Next thing you can do is as simple as withdrawing (mind the possibility of stuck transaction like the rest of people here) to other exchanger like bittrex or kraken. Problem solved (assume if you can get past the stuck "level")

Speaking about trading - I can't trade when using Internet Explorer v11. It's been like this forever, I can go to any exchange market, but the orders would never load (stuck on 'loading') so can't place any orders.
