I really don't think there is enough liquidity, even in Bitcoin, to margin trade, etc...  Obviously, it's a big risk, and this wasn't the first time either!

v12 masternodes ignore v11 pings now.
v12 miners are instructed (not enforced) to pay only v12 masternodes.

dashninja.pl is affected by this somehow. (even though he still runs a v11)
