LOL Iceshitter is awesome. I haven't been on here for a good 1-2 months and i see he is still pushing his agenda.

Isn't he a proven scammer?

Challenging one's opinions is quite different than dedicating your whole life 24/7 trying to piss people off on purpose and then starting to cry when they (half jokingly) actually do.

PS. Most would knock the teeth out from both of you if you said half the stuff you've been saying here.  Kiss

D'aww, look at the adorable Internet Tough Derp!  He imagines we're intimidated by his rantings.

I bet you're not half as burly and intimidating as BigR IRL.  Prove me wrong?  Nah, I didn't think so...

Huhh no reason to start threatening me with real life violence just because I'm stating a fact in a way less confrontational way you guys(?) have been behaving.

Are you trying to silence me with your threats and bullying? Is that part of your code of conduct in real life as well? Is that the official stance of Monero community or just yours and AdamWhite's? Did you threat the victims of your ASIC scam with violence as well?

You and BigR are the only ones alluding to teeth being knocked out.  Adam White and I are just here to make fun of your chest-beating thug choreography.  Plus smooth is gleefully piling on, as BigR's comment about DashHole professionalism is repeatedly proven false.   Cheesy

Of course nothing better represents DashHole Professionalism than the uncorrected insta-mine of 2 million coins for the sole benefit of the dev.

I have been following this thread for a while now and after reading the amazing amount of negativity from several posters who are from a competitor I've decided to pull out some of my investment in their coin.

While I do not take a stance in the whole "instamine" debate, I believe it is counterproductive towards their own coin to spread so much (dis?)information about another coin.

It really is a shame, because I had money in the other coin as well, I believe in a crypto-future where several coins can co-exist.
Though I still believe the other coin has a chance of succeeding as well, I am dissapointed by their "advocates" and their determination to succeed by spreading negativity about other coins instead of focussing on the prosperity of their own coin.

I do hope this can change and their attitude will adjust, so I can spread my portfolio a bit more (again).

Just my 2 cents.

*Have not named the other coin by name, nor its posters. As I do not want to spread negativity about them which can be found during a simple forum search.

I believe in a crypto-future where several coins can co-exist.

Me too!  But the coins in that future are ones whose actual emission match their theoretical, were not sneak-launched early, and don't use "bad crypto."  That criteria excludes Dash from any (desirable) crypto-future.

It will be a pain if bitcoin wisdom don't update their site by the end of august, so as a temporary measure I set up http://dashwisdom.com/

It uses a masked redirect which forwards directly to https://bitcoinwisdom.com/markets/cryptsy/drkbtc

If there is still a loading issue in the EU, or if anyone know a good (prefer ad-free) US proxy to forward to instead let me know and I'll update the forwarding so that the masked redirect will load up for european users.

Additionally, if anyone at bitcoinwisdom has an issue with this redirect site just pm me and I can pull it. I was just sick of hunting round bookmarks to get to the cryptsy dash charts, and they don't seem to be interested in updating their site.

this is great and works for me
but
it shows 0.01248 per Dash ?!?!

Cryptsy is on 0.0117
 Huh

If you give it a second to load up, it should update and display the correct value.

CryptoNote has just ONE selling point.
Without anonymity it's just a terrible Bitcoin clone. Imagine Bitcoin with such a bloated and slow blockchain...
Why would anyone choose ring signature anonymity when on-demand mixing is much more efficient and bloat-avoidant? The adopting masses have no real-life use case were every single transaction must be anonymous. I don't give a flying fuck if the government knows that I bought a freaking hamburger at CrapDonald's with crypto. Optional anonymity has the clear advantage here. The user decides on his own terms which transaction is no one's business. No need to bloat our blockchain with millions of anonymous beer purchases. Improving a working and proven system like Bitcoin is always better than trying to reinvent the wheel.

Mandatory anonymity at the expense of efficiency & usability was a terrible idea.
CN can only hope the "coinbreaking flaw" rumors aren't true. The term "~BCX" should suffice here.

Anyway, I was bored so here's a PoS. Proof of Superiority.

That's really strange. On my devices it does show 0.012 while it loads, but then quickly updates to show the correct (current) price.

I wonder why access is being blocked to certain regions...?

I have a identical masternode setup on both servers, but the right one uses much more traffic. I'm a little bit scared if the 100GB will last for this one until end of the month. Solutions please? maybe 0.12 update will fix it anyway. Maybe it were only this 2 large peaks who caused massive traffic and its ok now.

Turn the other cheek and be just like Jesus.

Or, make the troll look silly and provide amusement to the readers at the same time. And then go back to being Jesus.

Choices, choices.

Fuck you illodin. So just to confirm, you're going to knock my teeth out if I see you in person and tell you that Dash is a fraudulent instamined shitcoin?

Where did I say I was? Are you too stupid you can't understand what you read?

No, is there a recommended value?
