I've been trying to withdraw 1025 DASH from Cryptsy all morning. The first time I told them to withdraw 1025 DASH and they only sent me 158. The second time I told them to withdraw the full balance and they only sent me 512. This leads me to wonder if it's just a really bad bug, or if they are operating on some kind of fractional reserve system.
I've used Cryptsy for years, but after Gox and other exchanges have caused problems, I'm just a little extra cautious. It might be wise to use caution when dealing with them for the moment.
