This is normal variance. I have masternodes that have generated 30 drk each and i have masternodes that have generated 2 drk during the same period. Its variance.
It is simply tough luck.

If you go for Vertoe´s MN service, these variances are balanced out. We just completed the funds for the 50th MN. Get in before its to late. ;-) Cheers Count P

The OP still links to the old version of the wallet. We should probably get that updated.

we are in something of an external communication no mans land. not quite ready to release stable, waiting for kristov, waiting for open source, waiting for people to get back from holidays, waiting for video to be complete, waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting...... this is the time to do a plan of releases, don't just put everything into one PR statement..... DRK needs to be in the news every week for the next 6 weeks. there is enough material there. 1. what is the official statement to the press on the Coinbase story? 2. what is the official statement to the press on an alternative to Tor? 3. What is the official statement to the press on kristov review and his initial comments? 4. What is the official statement to the press that RC4 is running stable and now we move on to xyz? 5. What is the official statement to the press that DRK is going open source before the end of the year and invitations to developers is being pushed? 6. What is the official statement to the press that DRK has the same APIs as Bitcoin and is Bitcoin's alternative to xyz? ...... if there isn't an official statement or PR planned, then it would be good to know. I and others can get something done about it. If you aren't already get on darkcointalk Some bounties to write these up would help. I'm a journalist but some of these statements require decent research time to avoid being fluff. please link to some material of yours...... thanks You may know from this: http://www.deepdotweb.com/2014/05/20/the-rise-of-darkcoin/Bump. There is a couple of fascinating stories DRK can offer but we have to sell it to the media. Hope there is a budget for this, otherwise it will have to be a community effort

Hey guys, (maybe a newbie question) Has anyone been able to get Darkcoin running in a Tails pendrive? I've spent hours since yesterday trying to do that but I was not successful. My idea is to have a portabe (pendrive size) Darkcoin wallet. Preferably TOR protected. The other solution was installing everything in an Ubuntu live pendrive, but I was not even able to make the pendrive boot even though Ubuntu has got a "pendrive installation wizard". Now I am quite tired, so I have decided: 1 - To seek for help 2 - If no help found, try to make it on a Debian live pendrive (or on any other linux flavour...) One thing I have been able to do many times already was to configure Darkcoin running though TOR in a Ubuntu notebook, but that's not as portable as a small dongle can be

Hey guys, When click on the News section on the Darkcoin main site ( http://www.darkcoin.io/media.html), I see 1 post dating from April 22nd 2014. Above this single post it says : "Read our releases and follow the news." Why is this page not updated When I'm thinking about investing in a coin, first thing I do is check how active everything is being maintained and updated. A news section without any news would definately raise a red flag. I know news is posted on Darkcointalk, but if it's only posted there then why not remove the current content of the news section on http://www.darkcoin.io/media.html and just post a link there to the Darkcointalk forum ? good point, it would be enough to copy paste Evan updates straight in there! It's currently being worked on a new website. https://darkcointalk.org/threads/darkcoin-io-website-overhaul.1874/Ok, cool ! Good news, looking forward to it !!

Set the USB drive boot flag using gparted. And if the ubuntu installer doesn't work use unetbootin instead, been working fine for me for years. edit: a lot of motherboards wont boot from a USB3 socket, or not without fiddling with the BIOS/UEFI. Use a USB2 socket instead. I bought a laptop a month ago that wouldn't boot anything at all except Windows, until I disabled all the trusted/secure boot bullshit.

So it looks like .006 is our non pumped true position...
The last time we had price stability was .0039 was it not? To me, that's the definition of slow and steady growth... I'm pretty pleased with that...
Ran a few quick and dirty numbers yesterday, at current prices, a masternode costs roughly the same price as 2 mining rigs, they both produce exactly the same amount of dark, factoring in electricity costs.
The numbers I used was 2 x conservatively configured x11 rigs at 30 Mh/s, giving .85 DRK per day.
One masternode, with variance, produces around .5 DRK per day on average.
If I were a DRK fan and looking to expand my farm and I wasn't going to mine anything else, I would consider a masternode as an excellent 2nd option to buying more rigs. The nodes go up in value over time, the mining hardware depreciates...
