ENFORCEMENT especially There was no need to put that in bold. I myself am waiting for Kristov and enforcement. If you take a look at http://drk.poolhash.org/darksend.html you would see that over time, more pools went "rogue" and stopped paying the nodes. I do not support their actions at all. |

Hello, my friend Darkcoin is currently undergoing an external audit of its code by Kristov Atlas, he is a well known anonymity expert, so the market is waiting for the outcome of the audit, which should be a great step for Darkcoin if all goes well. Also, the team is working on the RC5 release which improves over RC4 and prepares the code for open sourcing. Open sourcing will allow anonymity conscious people and markets to compile themselves and make sure there are not any backdoors etc, even though we know there are not any issues like that with Darkcoin if you are risking your freedom over a coin you would want to compile yourself, potential industries, are online porn, gaming, dark markets, etc. So we expect steady growth as we reach those milestones. |

Just what will happen next, we know not, we are but waiting for you to invite us all to a DRK wine tasting to celebrate.... hahaha... yeah yeah. Id like to have a DRK wine tasting for dark holders / community at our winery. To those that have asked to buy wine with Dark... obviously we accept Dark.. External audits and open sourcing are the only way, unclaimed bounties are non conclusive and meaningless, but that is just my opinion. I see that a lot in other "anon" projects just because a regular user cant trace a transaction it doesn’t mean the coin is safe, you are trying to protect regular users from professionals tracing their spending behaviour, so for a regular user to be safe he is going to need professional external audits to give him that confidence. We are in that path, Darkcoin is doing things professionally. |
