Einstein was not that smart tbh. Has he invented anything? Stole ideas from other scientists.
This is our guy:
Tesla FTW!!! He was a genius, but he died a poor, forgotten man. I would rather attach him to the Monero thread...

Sod Einstein and Tesla. Hedy Lamarr, co-inventor of spread spectrum and frequency hopping RF comms. Also, utterly hot.

hi, how to upgrade p2pool its difficult to find the right p2pool version and wallet. thanks Best way to mine via p2pool is to go to http://p2pools.org/drk find the closest server to you (lowest latency) that is running the latest version of p2pool (81fc6c5-dirty) and point your miner to that pools. For failover capability grab the second closest and put that into your sgminer.conf as well. With p2pool you want to have the lowest latency possible to the node you are mining on for better returns.

I'd like to thank eduffield and the other developers for this critically important evolution in virtual currency. DarkCoin is what bitcoin should have been. Some might call it "Bitcoin 2.0" but would do better by saying: "DarkCoin is digital cash." - Child Harold - February 28, 2014 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=421615.msg5424980#msg5424980

Bitcoin seems to be rising as well, moving towards an uptrend phase just like Darkcoin is doing already.

"Since much of the design of Darksend+ can inform other CoinJoin implementations, I hope that this paper will not only shed light on the current state of Darksend+, but provide insight into how to analyze future CoinJoin implementations in general." No one has publicly sourced a transaction, no. But any gov't agency could easily retrace the steps of a coinjoin based mixer, masternodes or not. If you want untraceable, it absolutely cannot be a descendant of coinjoin, period. For anyone that says otherwise, just remember that your DRK spending is all on a ledger that will stay with you for the rest of your LIFE. No. Darksend keeps the anonymity OFF CHAIN, no future computing power will break its anonymization. Whereas if you put the anonymity ON CHAIN, i.e. use cryptography to encrypt the mixing a math breakthrough or quantum computer or bug in the encryption or an oversight in the code will deanonymize your WHOLE CHAIN. Correctly implemented coinjoin with off chain mixing is the best way to implement realtime scalable and usable anonymity, period. Just ask AnonyMint.

Has anyone tried the -wallet=filename.dat argument to see if you can use one data folder with the blockchain. That way you can still use -conf=filename.conf for each masternode and name your masternode wallets. Then it's just a matter of a shortcut to represent each masternode.
Yeah you totally can. Just point it to the config file and wallet.dat while using the same data directory. Nice. This seems like a great way to keep wallets organised too, by calling each one something which identifies it. Are there gonna be problems if multiple wallets are being run at the same time with the same data folder and trying to write to the same blockchain file?

Also, there's another problem with DRK in a sense that everyone thinks that it will be the greatest thing that happened to the dark markets. Dark markets are being shut down not because of BTC's semi-anon technology, but because they are still requiring trust. If you are trading real objects ( drugs, hdd's etc) and not virtual ones, then you will have to specify an address for delivery (duh!). Guess how easy it is for FEDS to participate in these markets, posing as drug dealers or anything else (duh!). Show me a story where the FBI managed to destroy dark markets because of the BTC's inferior anon protocol.
I've been thinking of getting an anonymous PO Box, and I'm not involved in any illegalities. I'd figure a lot of people ordering stuff they shouldn't would use such protection. Although this is the greatest altcoin, my opinion is that it should get a name change and start being marketed as a currency that has the option for anonymity if necessary and not as "Darkcoin", which links directly to the dark markets. This way it would have more success to the general public. Not to mention that it could get even more traction because of the InstantX technology.
I'm thinking that maybe there could be another wallet with another branding, but still using the same blockchain. So you'd have "iCoin" (*) wallet with different graphics and all, and the coins would be called iCoins, the user wouldn't even see the name Darkcoin anywhere in that wallet. And any retailers who accept DRK would also automatically accept iCoin and vice versa. (*) I just picked the name iCoin as an example because I always loved that name and branding, too bad that coin's been dead for a while now, I'm sure its brand could be acquired easily if so desired.

So version 10.15.21 has dramatically reduced my VPS server load...
Is there a VPS provider that does "pay par gb"? Will it work out cheaper than VULTR?

Are there gonna be problems if multiple wallets are being run at the same time with the same data folder and trying to write to the same blockchain file? Save yourself the time, it doesn't work. I tried numerous variations and no dice. The best way is multiple data folders until the combined masternode wallets are more heavily tested.
