Umm.... that's what happens when you buy up 2k worth of coins and then small volume buys/sells from a bid that doesn't catch up happens. Look at a 1 min chart on Cryptsy and you'll see that it was walked down by like 150 coins.

That's pretty cool.  What's the white line in the recent trades box, and the blue "fog" in the cryptsy box?  Is the fog a running average?  And the line, I don't remember the names/types, so if you could say I'd be able to research how to use it I guess, LOL.  Really neat though!

DRK is supported by a lot of MN owners, see the momentary Button on around 0.005

It looks like to be the best place to be for long term inverstors in alt coin scene, not for gablers.

Most of the gablers only want so see a short profit on uptrending markets. Their goal to hold a coin
is maximum 2 days. If they dont made a quick profit they search for a new one.
Only problem, scammers have noticed its no longer worth to set up a new clone and making promising withpapaers
with nothing behind it so you wont find a profitable new one.

My advise, buy more now. Don´t wait because you miss the train.
Oh no, i am wrong, dump dump dump ....
Woowww, it´s going up, great coin - too da Moooonnn
Shit fucking dumpers, why is it declining, nooooooo i lose money

I hope this was helpfully for your next 6 hours beeing into DRK.

But a real thing is that the number of MN has incresed to nearly 1200 now.
Hopefully some people learn to stay away from gambling and see crypto as a invest and not a gambling room for kids.

And a second big thing is that DRK offers a kind of mining that not depends on cost of energy.
Global energy market is to much different. US and Chinease people have acess to nearly free energy compared to europe.

Kind of freaky Darkcoin news  Shocked   ... dont know why, this reminded me of the movie Blade Runner.

http://www.coindesk.com/meet-tiny-bitcoin-wallet-lives-skin/

Quote
Martijn Wismeijer, also known as ‘Mr Bitcoin’, had two NFC (near-field communication) chips injected into the back of his hands during a biohacking event organised by Permanent Beta last week.

Speaking to CoinDesk, Wismeijer said he has so far experimented with storing litecoin, darkcoin, dogecoin and bitcoin on the tiny devices, which can hold up to 888 bytes of data each.

DRK Team Tips - Crowd Funding

Over the last few months I've realised how much hard work goes into development and testing by the Dark team and prominent members of the community.  In many cases, lots of personal time and financial resources are contributed to testing and infrastructure of this project.

I'm running a crowd funding exercise for 1 week, as follows:

8th November 2014 - 15th November 2014

DRK Donation Address: Xcd1fuEWooU8QAHDQnpnapqkF9ri8KopNj

At the end of the week, I will be sending the funds to Fernando (Darkcoin Foundation Member) to distribute amongst the team and the community.

So if you would like to show your appreciation for the fantastic work that's being done within the Darkcoin project, please send our unsung heroes a beer or two, I'll get the ball rolling with 25 DRK.

Thanks in advance and feel free to bump this often  Smiley

Come on guys and gals, dig deep, or I'm going to send in a friend of mine to do collections...

*********** Trading Alert *************

Some panic buys have been in evidence this morning over on the Bitstamp BTC/USD market. There have been a couple of major sellwals in the last few minutes massacred in bullish trading. In particular a 329 BTC shot munched in under 2 minutes and an earlier 188 BTC shot similarly bulldozed.

Things have paused for a spell of profit taking for the moment but Bitcoin's valuation is once again approaching the significant $400 level as markets appear emboldened by the recent double retesting of the 300-350 support in the BTC /USD market.

In DRK / BTC market we are possibly 12-16 hours away from the end of the 4-hour chart correction which will indicate the start of a potential longer term consolidation of the recent revaluation kicked off by forward looking developments in the Darkcoin fundamentals.

Looks like the latter to me. Die-hard LTC aficionado's see it as bullish Smiley

EDIT: Stamp now at $390. Trollbox seems to be regarding this as "it". They think it's only going up from here. Most of them seem to be long now. They say that anyone buying below $400 will be interviewed by CNN when all this is over.
