And how do I get this to a cold wallet?

Assuming you are using the QT client, Help > Debug window > Console > type 'importprivkey privkey' and wait a few seconds. If that's what you're asking?

Currently, you are correct - you can only associate one masternodeprivkey with any one wallet.

The new improved start-many will let you have multiple 1000DRK vins per wallet.dat and allow you to specify a separate masternodeprivkey and associated IP address for each 1000DRK lump in a masternode.conf file - hopefully this will be in the next version.

That won't work as is due to the separate config files as you already noted, however, if the start-many feature gets fixed, then you could easily do a masternode.conf file with the keys and ip addresses and issue start-many from the wallet.
