What new settings?
Yeah, what settings are you running. I have all mine setup now but no mater what clock speed I pick it doesn't make it over 3400Kh/s on one of my controllers and 3100kh/s on the other.

A few questions if anyone can answer:
Are the packages from Jack meant to include everything to get up and running? Including USB hub, etc?
Is there a flash update for the controller? If yes, how is it installed? In the same way the miners work?

I run the miners with the packaged mini controller (like a raspberry pi), this has linux installed in it (you can SSH it) asiaBTC has a team working on a new firmware for the controllers, basically a new webbased configuration screen in english (the old was the one from GridSeed, which was in chinese).
What's the username / password for sshing into the controller? Somehow my controller is no longer bringing the miners online, not sure what's going on with it.

Yes. Paid on the 12th, and received tracking number yesterday. Tracking has the right destination address (more or less), so it is the correct tracking number. Are the packages from Jack meant to include everything to get up and running? Including USB hub, etc? LA3M (10 units) and LA6M (20 units) - Yes. Can you recommend a 10 port hub to buy for the LA3M and I believe this is the 10 port hub they are using: ORICO P10-U2 http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00EH44AA6/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pd_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=3RQXY3Y6EOHUW&coliid=I16JK1S792U1OSThe 1 chip USB dual miner, which is based on the same chip, uses that one. It is USB 2.0. They said they were having problems getting it to work with USB 3.0 hubs. I am also kind of dismayed by the reports of people getting incorrect cables, needing multimeters to determine which wires to connect to + and - and needing to cut and strip the power cable for the power supply...as well as not receiving the USB hub that was advertised. I look at it as the problems first adopters, beta testers, face. If you are on the cutting edge of technology, you have to be willing to work out the kinks. In coin mining, the early bird gets the worm. Feel free to wait until the technology is mature and works smoothly. At that point, the profit potential will be much less.

I largely agree with you here, but I do want to say that if LightningAsic plays out like Bitmain, then waiting for a price drop might not be such a bad idea. There's more than one winning strategy. Of course I'm so fucking broke all I can do is watch and grind my teeth anyway, so.. best of luck to all of ya

Blackcoin ~ 10 second transactions (fastest coin) ~ 100% proof of stake (the first) ~ No wasteful mining (most efficient)

I received the DHL tracking number.
They received payment on Feb 12. Package shipped on Feb 19. I signed up for tracking updates. Good thing I did. The tracking update includes the full shipping address. Let's just say that they are not natural English/USA speakers and there were a lot of typos in the address (don't know why they can't cut and paste from the e-mail). I sent a message to DHL with the corrected address.
The address had typos in the street name, although close enough for the delivery guy. No State in the address field, but the zip code would take care of that.
did you receive tracking through PM or email?

I received this morning 2xLA3M (paid in BTC on February 9th). Each LA3M is composed of : - 10x hashing units (each composed of 5 chips) - 2x 12v PSU - 1 controller - 1 USB hub (10 ports) - all necessary cables and power supplies Setup is easy, I was able to mine in less than 30 minutes. Here are the performances : I couldn't go over 3000khs in scrypt, whatever the core frequency is. I didn't test the BTC mode yet (I need to bring more power, I'm on the limit with my actual farm) Power draw for LA3M in LTC mode only is 100W (including controller and USB hub). I didn't flash the firmware of the modules. I'm not sure if I should do it, as the image provided in the archive is anyway from mid January. I tried to do it, but I couldn't make the module connect on Windows (problem of drivers). So far, I'm not very impressed with performance. I don't know how to get 4500khs as seen on other screenshot. I'll update when/if I manage to flash the firmware of the units. Eric

Anyone? the guy right above you just answered your question regarding the included stuff the update is already flashed onto the controller, and if there is an update you just update it through the WEBUI on the controller, by uploading a bin file Danny

I am stuck at 2400-2700kh/s as well with my LA3M. I've only tried core-clock=600Mhz so far.

Looking pretty good. I have yet to receive my LA3M unit, paid by bank wire Feb 14th and just got email response from Angela that they got the payment and will ship "soon". I'm sure more people than me are very interested in how you achieved these hash rates? Did you just fiddle with the core frequency? I'm also a bit worried about the variations I see on all pictures from unit to unit. Are the units stable at different hash rates? In that case, you could get lucky and get a batch of "high performers" or vice versa. After 43 min with new settings: http://s7.postimg.org/i53idqu7f/2014_02_19_2137.pngNot sure I have fixed timeout errors yet: Does anyone know what these error codes are? [2014-02-20 03:06:37] Device downtime (LTC): DiedBus=1:4 [2014-02-20 03:06:37] All process shutdown - dual 3 [2014-02-20 03:06:37] Close the USB controller power [2014-02-20 03:06:38] Open the USB controller power
