I paid BTC (and it was confirmed as received by Jack) on the 8th. No device, no tracking.
This leaves a bad taste. Is there anyone who paid via BTC and received a miner or at least a tracking id ?

I did not get a hub.. I bought this one (10 port) and it works great was like $24.00 /1fkcryY]http://[Suspicious link removed]/1fkcryY850 Core Frequency (MHz) is working best for me right now. I got a hold of the devs on the timeout issue I was having... It looked like this: [2014-02-20 03:06:37] Device downtime (LTC): DiedBus=1:4 [2014-02-20 03:06:37] All process shutdown - dual 3 [2014-02-20 03:06:37] Close the USB controller power [2014-02-20 03:06:38] Open the USB controller power Basically all the miners would restart every 10 - 40 mins (ish) I was testing on different pools including some coin switching pools. The way it works now is if on of the 10 miners does not submit a share within 10 mins all of the miners restart. He fixed it for me. (bad news is no auto restart now if one miner dies) They will fix it in the next firmware update. They said they will also give us the ability to turn on /off or set time limits on rebooting miners. And, they will make it more stable, bug fixes + graphs. I hope they will add the ability to add backup pools. Here is a pic they sent me and said I could share... I'm running into the same issue, my rig keeps restarting every 20 minutes... How did you fix this? Regards and thanks for your help and updates!

I'm really interested with the miner, should I order now?
I don't think I would, at this point. Too many of us who paid 10+ days ago still haven't received anything and it seems like they're really disorganized. They didn't ship mine even though my PayPal payment had ALL of my details in it, including my shipping address, e-mail address, and the part number I was ordering. There shouldn't have been any problem, but here I am...no tracking number and just promises via e-mail that it would ship "soon." Whenever "soon" is.

Agreed...
I think I will ask for a refund on the 22nd, which is clearly within the 10 day period.

That's the thing...I don't want a refund, I want the products I paid for. I don't think it's unreasonable to ask someone to deliver what they said they would deliver, but people are getting packages with the wrong cables, no USB hubs (which was advertised as part of the package)...Lightningasic is not conducting business in a way that makes people want to continue doing business with them and either because of the language barrier, or just incompetence, they aren't communicating what is happening to the customers who are still waiting. This isn't a small amount of money for some of us, I don't like having it sitting in a foreign account somewhere while I'm struggling to get an answer about why it's taking so long to ship what should have been a pretty straightforward order. If anyone on the board has a good relationship/communication with Jack and can speak Chinese fluently, I think we'd all appreciate it if you could convey our concerns to him and see if we can get some answers.

Okay!! Good news! I did a little detective work and jack has recently registered my shipping info with DHL today! I was able to get a tracking number through them! I am seriously relieved!!! I expect jack is gonna have another spread sheet for us when he wakes up!

Perhaps I started whining a little too soon. I just received a call from DHL that "a package from China will be dropped off later." Looks like the lack of communication still produced results. I'm sure I'm one of the first orders, and should also mention I ordered the 6MH device, so that should calm people down a bit. thats odd.. does DHL usually call its recipients? but speaking of DHL: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vHVWegNfQl0

Will they give us the ability to increase the core voltage? That would address stability issues a lot.

I called dhl. 1800-call-dhl then i explained i didnt have a tracking number but was trying to find if i had a package coming. He asked for my zip code the country the package was coming from and my name. Once he found it all i had to do was verify my address for him to give me the tracking number.

Order on the 9th and paid via BTC on the 10th (payment confirmed that day). Last message I received was yesterday morning asking for my phone # so they could send me the tracking #. Unfortunately I called DHL a couple minutes ago and they ran through the same check as the poster above with my zip and name but couldnt find any package that has been given to them for shipping yet. Leaving for the weekend so I guess i'll wait until Monday to begin really worrying, but definitely frustrated on the lost hashing opportunity over a long 4 day weekend (especially since orders much later than mine have been shipped and received already)...

Thanks for posting this! I called DHL and did the same sleuthing...and turns out it was picked up. I had them give me the tracking number...Angela had said she'd give it to me when it shipped, but apparently forgot to. Supposedly, it'll arrive Monday. was hoping to have the weekend to work on it, as it looks like it's going to take some electronics work to get it going...oh well. Jack REALLY needs to hire someone just to oversee accounts receivable/deliverable...someone fluent in English. Okay!! Good news! Dual mode on LA3M looks to be very unstable. I'm BTC hashing at around 80Ghs (not 100Ghs), and LTC hashing at around 1000khs (not 3000khs). Power draw is around 500W.
The other LA3M is down. Looks like the USB hub burned out... I'll need to wait tomorrow morning to buy a news one.
I guess new firmware is urgently needed !

How did you enable dual mining, whenever I tried on the controller it never actually did any SHA mining.
