Rodeo did u use skype or Jacks website to place order? If u used skype then post the id and txid for all to see... there is a scammer using lightningasic as username so its possible u got scammed man.. the skype ids on the website are confusing.. legit: "live:lightningasic" scammer:"lightningasic" these subtle differences are what making scammers successfull..

Jack take note of this and make skype ids more distinctive or put a note not to use it for sales since people are getting scammed...
imho buying goods via skype is just silly..

Rodeoclownicp, okay, message received— you don't need to repeat it a zillion times.
i will look for your response later its almost morning now. goodnight all
this is jack. just show me you payed. i will return u btc or ship you goods. verybody know my btc address or webstore, and bank account.
and we shipped out 4000MHS scyprt miner in passed 10days.

i sent you the tx id and you just blamed it on other people that work for you, i dont know if you changed it back - but then you said to check the center skype icon because you had changed it- i am not saying cover your ass or pay it back - i am just saying give it back because you or the 2 other people you blamed it on work at lightningasic and the right thing  is to give it back as you said you would - your website=your responsibility...... i sent the id just give the btc back .......you should post your wallet for all to see now, so you cant go back on it later--- but dont interpret that as a way out because i sent you the id and it is for a different wallet i'm sure(saying it wasnt would be admitting your wrong - that takes some honor to do), you have already said it was your support guy, well first you said andy but anyway - as i have said the whole time send it back and i will say so ... other then that people making payment to addresses as instructed by the website could just be sending a payment to some lightning asic employee's personal wallet - so far this business practice is allowed there and calling them out doesnt resolve issues it just gives them useful info to cover their ass so as to appear legit - hence why i waited to talk to asiabtc and gave him time to follow up with his employee in question. now obviously i could make a vid of hitting the skype icon and show that a new conversation (or person) does not appear. proving that i used the website - but him changing the center skype icon doesnt hurt my case either because others who have used it can now go see that it has changed - and changed after i started calling shenanigans. no public apology - i will just be attacked for trusting his website - if thats where you want to spend your btc then we are not looking out for each other and you are the perfect client for him... nothing sent to me either yet

thank you for actually showing concern and not being antagonistic- i like the phone, i dont like skype. i have 2 very good acquaintances/friends that i see on a regular basis. they dont know each other but they both have made over a mil doing business in china. i made some very good points to them about why we should import a large number of mining machines and sell them the normal way in the US( communicating with phone and email/ selling with not just btc but with paypal and credit-cards). one guy has offices in qd and friends who can run errands for us in sz, and the other has multiple people in sz . i was surprised by a comment that they both made - they both showed the willingness to send their people to any manufacturer that showed potential as a business partner. so i fumbled through setting up a skype account, and until i used it to call jack(from his website) i only used it to click on the middle skype icon on said website, i have only talked to 2 people on skype ever. and people keep saying that there is a similar skype name but that is irrelevant because i have never searched for or typed in a skype name in my entire life - I ONLY USED THE WEBSITE LIGHTNINGASIC.COM - to talk to that business. i did not use any other method, it doesn't even make sense to suggest it-i am on a website, i want to talk to people on that website, so i used that website to talk to them, duh... when i contacted lightningasic i requested a sample to show my friends- they could have just said no but they said ok just pay the dhl shipping. i said ok. i checked there presence here on the forum and it seemed legit enough so i sent them the btc- again only through the website. trans id 2291583835c58d38a144c2239923aba5c669cdc0790c03da3f2656b00c2bf7b0... by the way this corresponds to the time period right before i first verified that you can be scammed using lightningasic.com. then they tried to get a little more out of me, i said just honor the deal or send it back... jack did nothing but shuck and jive - he tried every excuse like "it was an impostor", or the accounts were hacked, it was the service, then he said it was this guy andy then it was a support staff member. i supplied the trans id- he said he would pay it back if i did - he didnt. even when he post he never puts up the 1 and only lightningasic wallet - he could just say the wallet wasn't his which is why the trans id isn't useful.(i wonder if that will happen) some people doubted it existed. i am not saying post the wallet in hopes it will match my trans id - i know it wont - i am saying post it so at least it will cutback on the scam profits. if the correct wallet is always visible(which they could put on their website) then people can have a matching trans id to that address

i have no interest in defending them but you have to give credit where it's due... i called Jack the other day to verify regarding the scammer and a new product so we had a long conversation, he was friendly and willing to help so i don't think he will sacrifice reputation his business built over the months for some measly no of coins... people get fucked over due to their own mistakes and resort to extortionist tactics...

were you under the impression that someone you want to give money to was going to say he robbed somebody, or tarnish his own image, or try to come across as dishonest. what your saying is not realistic. of corse he talked you down

this guy is kinda  correct about 1 thing, 1 slip and lightningasic will fuck you- so logicaly this site is burned move on to people who dont want money like that-just use people that want to do good busines.. i have now posted the trans id lets see if people stand up or still like the drama. i did offer to place btc with a third party in a bet between me and jack that there was a trans id - he didnt take it - i wonder why

plus look at what he rights "regarding the scammer" jack admitted it to him... well this you can see for yourself plain and simple jack said post the id and he would pay it back -  i have always said if he pays it back i will say so

could people who have sent jack money please post the wallet address, i am just curious if they possibly do match,, i dont think they do - you would have to be pretty stupid to use the same address for scams and sales. but he still hasnt posted it, plus when he confirms it, future thefts would be more difficult and block chain conformations would be more meaningful. if you see yours is different please still post it in hopes we got a match.

Emphasis mine, more details in his original (badly written) wall of text. The wallet address he paid to is different, but has some BTC flowing through it.

This is precisely why scam works.. Jack i suggest you to change skype id to something different asap because like merv i didnt notice subtle difference in the beginning and scammer was pretty sneaky trying to lure me in with discounts via skype.. by then i started to have doubts and had to call you.. Smiley based on no of coins gone through that suspicious wallet the scammer seems to be doing pretty well at the expense of your reputation.. i wonder how many more poor souls are there that took the bait...

Rodeo its exactly opposite: jack uses only one address to prove his reputation and deter scammers.. and scammers on the other hand try to use newly generated address to cover tracks..i know because thats exactly what that scammer was trying to do to me...
