I dont understand why they are saying this since they’ve provided materials and their Yappa suite for potential application developers and encouraging apps developers to develop applications in their Yappa Suite.

I think, the "another app" that they are pertaining here is a native app(for it is costly in terms of building
a mobile app, up to convincing users to install,engage and use it actively), which will soon be an old app
