PMC price is doing as expected, slowly rising over time.

I never understood how the other altcoins that don't offer anything special or new, get over those 0.01 prices Roll Eyes
But they almost all crash and burn after a few weeks, amazing ppl keep buying into that.

PMC rise is right. Slowly and steady. Without many dumpers we have already reached 0.001 long time ago.

I would remember the rise of bitcoin, 4 years to go to 1000 USD/1 BTC, so buy and hold, buy and hold.

For all the hype of Maxcoin, just look at where it's heading.

You can't profit-mine PMC to death like other altcoins. Our prices may vary due to lower exchange volumes, but we're back up to 0.00072 on Poloniex.

Maxcoin has become a victim of its own success. It's getting driven down just like Litecoin did. It's just become the next coin to profit-mine, and so they all get dumped for profit. The profit-miners far exceed the market speculators. That's why the price is going down and will continue to go down.

I'll stick with Premine, thanks.

PMC; safe from profit-farms.

I've mined some maxcoin in the first days and after dumped them I bought some PMC. Maxcoin isn't comparable to PMC but had great visibility from the start.

One big credit of max is that many newbies approached to crypto world thanks to it. But many other bought MAX at 0.004 in the first hours....

It just disheartens me to see coins like that receiving so much hype and exposure when a coin like PMC which is designed to be more stable doesn't get a look in. Too many people want to get-rich-quick and pump-and-dump. That's why there aren't that many Bitcoin millionaires. Those who got in early on never expected it to be the success it was and so sold them long before the prices went sky-high.

I don't see how Premine is any different to that. Look at our pricing, and consider all the altcoins right now going down in value. Think about it. Also consider the price of PMC when Bitcoin's price goes back up.

I'm seriously just considering dumping a lot of the other altcoins I hold and just buying up PMC. This feels like the early days of a coin before it gains massive market acceptance, which is why I am still here.

You can buy it on PMC via the exchanges. We also have a new exhange listed that accepts $, but the order book needs time to build up before you see any decent prices.

People won't really accept Paypal due to the total lack of buyer protection for the other person.

I see. I don't really trust exchanges due to some unpleasant experiences. Who's the creator? Is he credit crd or ctent?

Poloniex is trustworthy and stable for the past day, performance was shabby because activity on it boomed but trust itself was never broken.
I think we should stop the use of Cryptorush, paints a bad picture for the price.
Is poloniex fast? How long will it take for me to send btc over, then convert it to pmc and send to my wallet?

Yes, agree. Many shops seeing volume on cryptorush said that PMC is very difficult to exchange and so for now they don't add it to their payments

I don't know... about 30 minutes? Most of it is waiting for 2 BTC confirms.

Poloniex works fine, and they're upgrading their servers, so hopefully we won't keep getting hit by "This page is unavailable" every second page.

coin-swap.net ? Not a lot of traffic there.

We should start warning other altcoin developers of that bug. TopCoin, I think, is the first to get hit with it in about 3-4 months from now.

Poloniex is better than before now as they upgraded servers. It took me 10-15 minutes to transfer btc from blockchain.info. Cryptocrush was looking useless earlier. But volume and price are starting to improve.

Poloniex was smooth for me so far, although I have only moved around 1 BTC around there. No issues except for the performance issues the last days.

Yeah, maybe creditcoin_crd could post a new thread regarding this issue in the ANN section? With a detailed explanation about the problem. I think that would probably work better than trying to contact all the individual devs.
