I'm sorry BR but I really need to bring this in public;

Around 10th of July I've made 12 payments to both sha256 and scrypt rig owners (~3.3 btc) . BR payment system completely crashed, and those 10ghs and 4ghs scrypt rigs showed 0 hash ( btw the owner is "lxp365" -do not rent from this guy it's a total fraud) .
I opened a support ticket immediately, but it took 14 days to get those refunds. However, the most interesting part was that I was charged the 3% FEE ON THE REFUNDS !!!  Angry

I was communicating mostly with lesley banister that BTW is the WORST SUPPORT person EVER !!! E V E R !!!

Besides his unprofessional and rude manner, it looks like he doesn't even know what he's doing there !
I will share only his answer after I sent couple of inquiries to their system regarding the biggest 2 out of the 12 payments:

"There has been an error in our system between payments not recognized and rigs offline refunds.
Unfortunately, the rig owner has been paid in error.
The payments guy is currently in the process of retrieving the full amount of btc from the rig owner.
However, that may take a while as we are not in control of each individual and their response time.
Please note that our staff is working on this matter and will get your btc to you soon but there is no definite date of complete resolution.
Again, I apologize for this strange and freak error and have just uncovered it this afternoon by cross referencing many details.
Try to be patient and await further reply from me."

I really couldn't believe my eyes as I was reading this reply; who needs BR if they don't step in for this kind of situations  Huh
They made a total mess and didn't want to take responsibility for that !!! And on top of that they charged a fee when they finally decided to refund for those rentals !  Angry
I've been with BR for really long time both as a renter and rig owner, but looks like things have really changed there so it's time to move to miningrigrentals.
Good luck to all !

Can't agree with the post above...

I've been using BR for 1.5 years and I can only complain about the bad support people. They act very amateur like.

Except that, nothing to complain about.

Hey CryptoUser. can i get your ticket ID? I'll look into it.

EDIT: I would just like to point out that while i understand it isnt a fault when it comes to renters regarding 0 hash on most occasions. The number of complains in lxp365's rental's and in this thread is massive. he is by far the most complained about rig owner. It also is no fault of betarigs when it comes to these and so that is why the fee is still charged. That is why rather than trying to 1/2 patch bugs like that in mux's old betarigs site. I took it upon myself to rewrite a fairly major chunk of the site and its payment/refund/renting system over the past 2 months spending around 100 hours a week doing so. Its now almost ready and im in the process of doing its final testing now. However im on holiday for the next 1.5 Weeks so it may take about 2 - 3 weeks for us to transition over to v2. If you would like me to refund the fee shoot me a PM and i'll get it sent out to you.

Regarding issues with support. Im always available to look into issues with them if anyone wants to shoot me a PM. It's also possible for users to request me specifically in their tickets if they wish to do so.

Don't trust Betarigs anymore. For some reason they are having issues getting people their money in a timely manner. Looks like as with all the big crypto ventures they have gone sour. Even after 2 requests for my coin I still don't have it.
Has been 3 days now and one promise. Wasted time running my miners now it appears.

Not one single issue for 1.5 years, just saying.

It's nothing of the sort. We had issues with coinbase so rather than spend time coding up support for a new payment processor we've coded up our own in V2. which is far better. We will be deploying it with V2 in the coming few weeks. Until then we have to send manually.

EDIT: Also im on holiday so it takes me a bit longer to be able to get to somewhere which i can use securely to send out the BTC
