What's the command line you're using.
I'm doing ./hashcat64.bin -1 abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz0123456789 -d 1 -a 3 -m 1800 example.hash ?1?1?1?1?1
..oh looks like it's working now..

I have a good offer for some A9's. Does it worth investing in 5 A9's now? I have read about the small problems above and I am concerned about ordering them.
How much is it per unit? It is very important because Bitmain and Innosilicon will ship a lot of equihash miner in the end of August ~ September. And, Innosilicon may start 1 buy 2 free A9 in September. 5800 Euros is the price including shipment and PSU. Z9 minis delivery and z9 September troubles me also. Do you think it worths it?

I tried it earlier today for about 6 hours. No obvious improvements and in fact, the hash rate was very slow to ramp up - taking over an hour to plateau. I went back to the 7/6 firmware. Running a test for new firmware on Nicehash and Flypool. At this moment looks better than 6/30 and 7/6... will provide updates in 12 hours. So tested ~24 hours. Flypool average hashrate 32-33.8 - BAD, nicehash slightly better than 36, but still not even close to 45-50

How are people's HW error rates? What is considered normal? Looking at Innosilicon's Miner Status page, my HW #'s seem to be around 5-10% of my "Accepted" #.
I am running on Balanced performance profile, and have latest firmware installed. If this is not normal are there any suggestions to lower my HW errors? Could it possibly vary based on the pool I am mining on (currently on Flypool)? Thanks in advance.
Just FYI, today's 7/20 firmware release seems to have fixed all my HW error issues. I am not getting them anymore.

But after installing today's 07/20 firmware, it is now saying I have 07/06 firmware installed... I'm guessing they will push out a new firmware to fix this soon.

Did it come with the new batch?

I'm seeing the same thing. Installed the 7/20 firmware, but the system overview shows it as the 7/6 firmware.

Thanks, did not know that. The 7/18 file name is: b29+_20180718_055037.swu However, 7/18 firmware caused me the following issues: very slow to reach peak hash rate (~30 min), and caused many HW errors. 7/20 (7/06?) firmware resolved both of these issues for me.

Is anyone try the firmware of 20July?
i am currently using the firmware of 6July.
Actually my current firmware got no problems, got 100% accept rate in zhash and 98~100% accept rate at suprnove.
So what is the major change of 20July version? Do you suggest upgrade it and WHY?
thanks!
