I also had a 3 - 1 win for Liverpool and got the correct score. My 2nd correct score in this season and both are in this round. A decent round for me again. In fact this is my 2nd decent round. I never look to have a yellow hat but always try to have average points in the round. Hopefully I will keep going in this pace.

Until the last whistle I weighed my yellow hat and a 2:1 score would give me a win round again ! - the last 3 minutes were decisive! But I knew it would end with a goal.  So high liverpool playing and arsenal without any respect... It is a pity.

So hard to climb back up,,, I really messed up with a lot of missed exact scores, did not ever think we would see 1-0 and 1-1 when the past two weeks were full of goals! Jota also messed up by 2-1 prediction:)

In this second week I did a bit better and scored 7 points.I had a lot of draws missed for only one goal and those 0-1 games I had them all 1-1 but it is my best result so far.I am looking forward to week 3 to make a better score.

It’s a very long season, positions don’t mean much now, we have 35 match rounds to go. Nothing is decided yet, just keep going. I must say, I have started the season terribly too

Well I didn't think mine were either but I only managed 1.5 from the Liverpool game. It was just a crazy week with a lot of upsets. Remember there were two matches where nobody picked the outcome at all.

It's only the third round so where you are now doesn't mean much and I'm sure the table will look completely different by the end. Everyone will have bad weeks or runs. All you can do is your best but I wouldn't worry too much about where you are in the table right now. A few correct scores and you'll soon start to climb up the table.

Yap, a few rounds with 20+ points can change many things.
In the previous season, I won a yellow cap in the round and in next round also won but a wooden spoon. with such crazy results, everything is possible.

yet I am a little surprised that you ^hilariousetc have won so few points if we know you won "the most points in one round" last season.

So yeah, unless it ended in a draw I wouldnt lose that top spot . Kudos to you for getting that high points , I was a bit worried that it might ended up with a draw

I think round 7 had two players with 20.5 points.

In fact, I also got 1 point for slam (I also got 5-7 results ). You are mistaken. If the match ended 2:1, I would have 0.5 points more over you.

In fact, I also got 1 point for slam (I also got 5-7 results ). You are mistaken. If the match ended 2:1, I would have 0.5 points more over you.

You were ahead of me before the game start because you already had your 1 slam point while I havent because I only had 4 correct result before the game. If it wasnt for your slam point then you would had 8.5 points while I had 9 so even if it ended in 2-1 I would still get the close result as well as extra 1 slam point

I had 3 exact score and 2 close score so 9 + 3 = 12 + 1 slam point = 13

So unfortunate for you. You lost it by a very tiny margin. If you would end up having it then you could have 2 out of 3 rounds. It seems you are having some fun with the pool. Keep going.

Liverpool is very lucky for me. I think in the last season I had over 5 correct picks for Liverpool. In this season I have only two correct picks and one is with Liverpool so I can look forward to have few more with my team.

cryptofrka and Trofo I think I will lose the bet against cryptofrka but against the bet with Trofo, I believe I have very good chance to win it. In the last match, City were a shame. I know still there are 35 rounds to go but at least this is a good start for me against Trofo. 😜

Congrats to @arallmuus, well done, I got only one exact and one close on this round, but still not bad enough to get the spoon  

I got one exact, one result and two close. I was somewhere close to the halving after the first round (#25 or something close), I believe, but then I moved down rapidly. Pretty terrible, but I guess also not that bad given that it's my first prediction pool. Since we're all only starting, I guess the future might get brighter for me. The differences between numbers of points are still pretty low, so there's a change for everyone to move up. That being said, for now each next round seems more surprising than the round before in terms of the outcomes of matches

You need to refresh your Superbru page. they have autorefresh for match results but because of too many users and too many requests at the same time, updating score does not go fully automated.

I guess it is important because of that 50$ free bet on Sportsbet. Other than that it really is not important since there will be much easier to predict weeks coming so no way our yellow hat from this week gets reward as one of the best weekly scores in the end of competition. Those guys will probably have around 20 points or more.

The last weekend has somehow passed me by. Had a good feeling but in the end I fell back 7 ranks.

I am looking forward to these 2 matches and wish us an exciting matchday:

I will probably do at least one consolation prize for the highest yellow cap scorer overall as well and maybe even pay a couple of places, but I'm waiting till everyone has paid before I announce them so I know what budget we've got.

@hilariousetc I'm not sure you saw it, but the user BitSat19 is banned a few days ago. I see that he is still active on Superbru pool and I'm not sure how to manage cases like this. I have nothing against them to stay there but it can be a little bit complicated if they win something.
