I didnt get a reply to either email I sent them and the first was 3 days ago.

They did not keep their 5 hour window , and still no reply. Imho they should be downgraded. The only reason I took a shot at them was because of its rating in this thread. I think giving them a B rating and putting in the top 3 books on par with anoni and nitro is wrong.

Anyone else have an experiences with Betcoinsports good or bad? My personal experience with them was good. They paid me 9 BTC around the time BTC were worth $1k.

When I tried to help with a player complaint, they were tough to deal with. They didn't pay the player until the player posted his complaint in this thread. Other posters agreed with the player and Betcoinsports paid.

I don't view a site doing what they are supposed to do (not stealing your money) as a "good experience".  If you went to your bank and your money was still there would you say "damn, this is a great bank!"?

No communication. Btw were talking about 1 BTC.

I think this sportsbook should be downgraded asap. Its not that waiting for a withdrawal that long is a problem in itself.

The problem here is they claim that theyre done withing 15 min. And at max in rare cases up to 5 hours. They do not reply to any emails even to generic questions. This is not a sportsbook you can trust, at all.

Betcoin sports always looked fishy to me. I'm glad I didn't use them. Sorry for your bad experience. I hope it ends well!

                        - wrote an email to clarify deposit bonus no reply after 3 days as of now
                        - no explanation of how to redeem said bonus
                        - cannot see odds without making account and deposit
                        - made deposit , says on site credited after 1 conf , not true . Did credited after a couple hours
                        - got email saying my account was now ready to use and could login into sportsbook with account details, not true. Can not log in
                        - wrote email stating said fact , no reply after 6 hours as of yet. Will wait 24 hours then attempt withdrawal

They lie saying they have 10,000 customers daily and such. Impossible. Look at their hot wallet, generally 5-10 withdraws a day.

Someone signed up yesterday as a referral to me there and deposited 2.50 BTC. I was supposed to get 10% of their deposit as part of betcoinpartners but was told I'm only going to get 0.05 BTC and that I would get it today. Looking at my account today, there is no 0.05 (50 credits) in my account

i sent my deposit yesterday the emailed me at 7:23 pm saying it was pending and it took over 5 hrs and i got a email saying it was complete but i checked my account and nothing i sent several emails with noreply where is my deposit at i had noproblem cashing out last week but making a deposit is like pulling teeth i guess i like there book because they take litecoins but come on where is my deposit i will update this when i get my deposit

With regard to our affiliate program, the rules are very clear and they have been clear since the beginning stating how much referrers get.  We are not sure why you would be complaining about this. 

We appreciate all feedback, positive and negative because it only helps make us better.  Also, even with the complaints, Alabamafan1 and acckiller are some of our very frequent players! 

Our sportsbook is undergoing a massive upgrade which will hopefully be complete this week and will be synced to to the Poker Room and Casino for play across the entire network.

I play with you for two days last week and previously had not used you guys in months. Thats not very frequent. I had someone deposit 2.5 BTC and was not even credited the minimum 0.05 BTC according to your rules on betcoinsports, and according to betcoin partners should have received 10% which would be .25 BTC. I'd like at least one of the referral bonuses...

We process all withdrawals automatically and immediately, with the exception of very large withdrawals, which are processed within 24 hours (usually much sooner). All deposits go directly into cold storage.

What is the defintion of " large " ? Is the deposit Bonus credited directly or credited as it clears?
