Follow these instructions: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=450381.msg5001706#msg5001706But use these addnodes instead: addnode=82.73.249.168 addnode=173.69.49.106 addnode=82.131.33.87 addnode=96.244.241.62 addnode=79.103.60.211 addnode=115.187.228.119 addnode=93.103.143.167 addnode=71.204.235.217 addnode=50.171.251.116 addnode=65.25.244.83 addnode=76.91.118.4 addnode=91.61.40.108 addnode=98.177.158.203 addnode=98.207.109.245 addnode=75.174.4.1 addnode=99.245.184.159 addnode=78.83.27.181 addnode=96.18.173.160 addnode=118.123.116.219 addnode=173.26.106.194 addnode=82.233.163.250 addnode=177.140.202.7 addnode=97.81.64.44 addnode=79.166.77.203 addnode=68.145.81.59 addnode=181.165.200.142

Sometimes the mintcoin wallet has about 500 blocks unsynced. After a while these unsynced blocks disappeared. I guess they are invalid from some invalid peers.

Yes I saw the votes jump as if someone spent some money.. Keep voting people! =) 恩,我们也在刷票,BC应该是请了枪手刷。 Someone just dropped 0.3295 BTC to get the vote to first place by several thousand votes. We are now at 11582!

We are now at 11582! Wow. Fighting fire with fire! I could see this going back and forth for awhile between BC and Mint. Maybe they can just add both? If Mintcoin gets added to the service, we really need to put it to use. Seems like it could be a great and easy way to introduce friends/family to Mint and cryptos in general.

I think I have found the pattern of the unsynchronized blocks:
If you have updated your wallet to v1.7:
These blocks are generated by PoW miners. These blocks will not be accepted by mintcoin wallet v1.7 and the higher version. You see the wallet is not synchronized, but in fact your wallet has been synchronized. These blocks will disappear after a while. You should not worry about these blocks, because they are invalid and will be ignored by your wallet.
But I am not sure whether it is wrong or not.

When is the time up for voting? I'm pretty sure they will end up adding both maybe a few in the long run but it is kind of fun voting and a little friendly competition never hurts. Very smart idea by lovecrypto by the way! Mintcoin Rocks!!

Read on on the BC thread: Doing "what everyone else does because it is safe and is proven to work" has never made progress or advancements, ever. We pioneered coin voting. Now, everyone does it. EVERYONE has copied our model.
Maybe it's time to pioneer again.
Stay tuned. I might just do something crazy tonight.

Stay tuned. I might just do something crazy tonight. Yeah, that was in reference to AllCrypt posting BC:All other coin (mint included ) pairings because they see it as an impressive coin with lots of potential.
