.....and we're back

I get the front page - quickly, finally... But not able to log in yet...

EDIT: D'oh, never mind. My stupid password manager had set my e-mail address as the username.

are...are they using cloudflare's free service? oh my. we can donate to get them the paid with DDoS protection if they need us to.
We are NOT using CloudFlare's free service.
Sorry for the downtime, it was completely unexpected and the devs were sleeping.
Automatic bring-up routines are now being worked on.

Scheduled maintenance: 5 minutes (adding more RAM).
Do NOT repeat your support request if it is on one of the last 3 pages.

You might want to consider changing how you retrieve the source IP (for the withdrawal history etc.), as the addresses you're reporting now is CloudFlare's, not your users.

I submitted and confirmed a Doge withdrawal right before the site went totally down earlier. I got a confirmation with a transaction id, but the transaction id does not show in the DOGE block chain. Should I worry, or will it just take some time to catch up?

Reason for downtime tonight?
Unexpected growth of traffic + ultracoin daemon went crazy and started hogging all resources.
Basically, the operating system killed everything because 0 resources were left.
Automatic bring-up routines are being worked on.
Yeah, and dont worry about us upgrading the servers. Its still on the developement box.

Withdrawal is still "pending" - haven't had any response yet from support. Any chance you could resend my withdrawal confirmation email, or implement a feature where users can request another confirmation, or even just cancel the withdrawal and put the funds back into my wallet?

Thanks
Fixed.

How long should it take to withdraw my reddcoins?  It seems to be taking a very long time.  I withdrew 390000 reddcoins about 36 hours ago and its still pending.  Any reason why?
Would you mind clicking the confirmation link in  your email?

CoinMarket.io

My support ticket that I have submitted on here 4 times already has still not been resolved. My btc withdrawal is still pending from 5 days ago and I still have not received a confirmation email. My username is coinmanhorizon, my email is cryptomaniacnow@hush.com
Here's the info:
Username: coinmanhorizon
Manually confirmed this one.

I know how you feel there service and attitude is Shit !!!!!
Do not use our service. You have been warned.

Still waiting, the only reply I got was "we're looking into it" without any further contact afterwards...

How long is an estimated time frame for fixing this issue?
The amount is the priority. Larger issues are higher priority. Do not re-post this, read the terms of service that you accepted.
Auditing your account for missing 0.01 or less costs more than 0.01 - please wait. Dont like it? Dont use us while we are in BETA.

To some of our 12000+ users:

Stupid people should not get involved in crypto. We hate people who never used an exchange and are making support requests like this:
Why are my coins "on order" for the last 48 hours? (ridiculous price or no volume)
Why i got less coins back after canceling an order? (canceled a partially executed order)
Why is my withdrawal still pending after 48 hours? (dont read the instructions from the screen)

People like this get handled with the lowest priority. You should understand why.

There is never a reason to worry about withdrawals if you are getting transaction ids back from us.
Even if the transaction malleability attack spreads to other coins/networks, we will still be able to function after applying patches.
You did not give any additional information about you or your withdrawal, btw.

Thanks for the quick response. It's a 402684.72038769 DGB withdrawal. Username vidarh.

DGB = DigiByte (there is no site that uses DGB for dogecoin)
DOGE = Dogecoin (the right symbol that everyone is using)

Hi coinmarket.io

Could you please clarify why you deleted my post in which I stated that I am still waiting for my BTC to appear in my wallet? It has been more than a week... Just imagine going to a bank asking for information about you own money and instead of giving you the information they just kick you off...

Are you comparing an unregulated, untested and anonymous crypto exchange with a bank? Are you sure you belong in crypto?
I (the person writing this) have no idea what caused your post to be deleted, but we will look into it.

Go to Terms Of Service button up at the top and click, read them carefully and if you agree then click the checkbox and accept the TOS. Then you can do whatever you want.

edited to include actually reading the TOS.

Do not forget to READ them before you click accept. Its important, because a lot of people seem not to understand and compare us to a bank.
Especially people who make a post on the thread asking how to accept the terms of service. Its ridiculous. People like this should not use any exchange at all.
