15 TH/rack... hurm... looking at the way they're being installed, if space becomes a problem its possible to double that density. 30kW/rack? No way. So garr has to maintain 2% of the network for a year to return in the IPO price? I'm sorry for you investors. Posted from Bitcointa.lk - #eVNYgoc2g52cctkTno..... thats just dividends.

That is a great question I have listed Ken's responses to questions about when shares will be verified and able to be traded for you below. Sorry for the delay in getting Crypto-Trade up and running. I am still working on some legal aspects of the tender offer. December 17th Edit: Getting trading up and running is now my number one mission. 21st Jan 2014 We will start moving Investors shares to Crypto-Trade within the next 7 days. - Jan 22nd 2014 We will start the process of verifying the shares tomorrow. Jan 30th 2014 It is going to be a few more days before, I can get the verifying program uploaded to the server. Jan 31st 2014 Yes, I will be working on this the next few days. I don't see to many problems getting it running ASAP. Jan 31st 2014 I am hoping to get shareholders shares transferred ASAP and get full trading up and running. Feb 13th 2014 In response to 'AND GET US OUR SHARES AND DIVS!' KEn's reply 'Working on that.' March 31st 2014 Next week I will start transferring shares to CT so our investors can start trading. 4th April 2014 I will start working on the verification program on Monday, moving it up to the server and testing it out. April 6th Working on getting the verification site up this week. April 9th 2014

I think that you're thinking of COG. Have they failed yet?

uhhh..... no it hashn't (pun) Its still sitting around 17TH (eligius has beeen under a pretty steady DDOS lately that affects stats but not the actual hashrates and share submissions. The insane dips/peaks int the hashrate graph are related to that, and show under almost every single eligius page)

It's probably a glitch on eligius due to the non-stop attacks these past few weeks. I've seen ActM's hashrate spike to the 30s and 20s and we were sitting between 11 and 15

I'm not sure if that makes me feel better about the whole situation. On the one hand, a persistent prodding might get the MSD to actually do somethiing that would be unpleasant to ActM's operations, but on the other, if the MSD notices that the one doing the prodding is a manic, impatient, rugrat then they may just continue to ignore him.

I recognise that Ken has been tardy in re-enabling a trading platform for shares, but also recognise that he's probably being extra cagey and not wanting to walk us straight into another bitfunder scenario or worse (And we fared much better than some companies on there.)
It bears pointing out though that some of you impatient types should actually be rather glad that you were not able to dump your shares for a pittance a couple of weeks back, now prospects look much better.

Before the AG's office acted they would give VMC a chance to refund these complainants. Ken said refunds are now being processed by a new staff member so I would not worry about these reports. Any genuine complaints will soon be refunded by VMC. Ken has a good lawyer and is in negotiations with the MSD to sort everything out to their satisfaction. If any of the complaints are false allegations/Troll complaints then the AG's office will just ignore them as they will not act on a complaint unless it has supportive evidence (receipt for order) and a genuine name, address and phone number.

You're not the only one who thinks that way. Been fun
I'm glad I got in at .0005 before bitfunder went down
Very nice. There are a lot of shareholders (maybe I'm one) who would have sold some, a lot, or all of their shares by now (for a big loss) if trading were active right the way through the last few months. I am thinking that somewhere along the line Ken has known the company is definitely going to turn a profit but if trading resumed so many shareholders would have lost out due to the negative sentiment. I do think that he has purposely done us all a big favour by not getting trading back up before definitive news of success is released. Obviously that's my view and he could never confirm that but if I was CEO and I knew success was coming (but couldn't prove that to the shareholders for various reasons) I would consider doing the same - if the shares had by accident come off the market already. I hope you're not serious. "Stockholm syndrome, or capture-bonding, is a psychological phenomenon in which hostages express empathy and sympathy and have positive feelings toward their captors, sometimes to the point of defending and identifying with them. These feelings are generally considered irrational in light of the danger or risk endured by the victims, who essentially mistake a lack of abuse from their captors for an act of kindness." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stockholm_syndromeIf selling at a low would have been a mistake, I for one want the ability to make my own mistakes. It's not for Ken or anyone else to decide what happens with my investments. I'm glad things seem to be moving in the right direction. It's good you're positive about the company, especially being so heavily vested. But we're not there yet. It's going to take a lot to make up for the last 12 months. Sorry, but I have to disagree. I'm happy to decide what's best for myself thank you.

While this may be true for some people, the issue I have is that 3/4 of my shares are not held in my name they are in 'AMC-tender'. This is the only reason I want to have my shares verified and attached to my bitcoin address. The trading is neither here nor there for me - it is just a question of ownership. I would be content with just having the shares verified as being mine rather than AMC-Tender's if trading doesn't or can't happen for a while I don't care, I just want the shares to be registered to my bitcoin address and back dated dividends paid.

Why would you worry about that? Don't you know how many shares you own? Your shares are already attached to the bitcoin address you had connected to bitfunder.

Ken we need a solution immediately for shareholders that used bitcoin core payment protol because of the Open SSL bug. Some shareholders need to migrate to brand new Bitcoin addresses. For anyone affected can you allow them to verify their public address and update to a new one?
This is a current serious matter as it's possible an attacker gained access to the private keys of the user and obviously running a cross check to public asset keys would see the addresses hold value.
