It is not quite clear - but wouldn't every referal be rewarded even a little bit?

Is there some maximum one can earn trough referral system?

Whats the distribution plan for tokens that are sold during sale?We gonna get them immediately,or after whole sale is finished?

i think after the token sale, just like the other projects do

Distribution is a shared process, not sure it will be done all at once 

It will all be done in stages, similar to some other smart projects.

That's not that much and could attract small investors that are willing to put in something more than 100$, but not much more. That's the low value if you plan to do any serious investing so I wouldn't recommend lowering it for some reason.
