The problem has not been solved since last Monday. (14.08.2017) Support is silent. Request # 169821. Maybe the representative of the exchange will pay attention to the problem.   "Account Disabled"

I tried to withdraw NEO going to my binance account and bittrex withdrawal process told me.

"Your withdrawal amount must be an integer. See the withdrawal instructions for the currency for more details. See this link for more details."  What does this mean?

of  course all those numbers are integers.

I think now they've just changed the withdrawal fee reducing it from 0.1 NEO to 0.025, so if you wanna withdraw, let's say, 10 NEO, the total amount you have to put is 10.025, so you can get 10 NEO. You can't withdraw 10.5 or 10.75.

Is there a way to view my account's ledger for a given coin? Basically a history of all debits and credits to my account, so I can audit the numbers easily.

I've had a support request open for a number of days and haven't heard from Bittrex support.

View your coin history using block explorer. Each coin has each own explorer. Like bitcoin you can use blockchain.info or for ethereum you can use etherscan.io, other coins just check coinmarketcap.com

On a simpler way, since he only needed a report or history of his incoming and outgoing, go to wallet tab. If you scroll down a bit, there's 4 tables informing pending deposit, pending withdrawal, deposit history, and withdrawal history. You can use your withdrawal and deposit history to build your audit

Unfortunately deposits and withdrawals aren't enough to tell the whole story because of the trades which are made in between at variable rates depending on what the market bore at the time.

I'm trying to figure out if I was credited for the Byteball distribution this month based on my GBYTE holdings on
August 7th. I mistakenly thought the distro was on the 9th and didn't get my coins off in time. There are mixed reports across the net about whether Bittrex is crediting the distro to GBYTE holders or keeping it for themselves.

As an aside, Bittrex is charging something like 5000x the actual Byteball fees per withdrawal. (2 MB per withdrawal when the actual fee might be 300 bytes).

Account type is BASIC, verified with phone number. They let me deposit 0.1455 BCH, and after that they disabled my account, and I cannot trade, generate new address or withdraw my coins.

Guys I posted this a few days back, but can you guys please reduce the number of confirmations required on deposit of waves and Ethereum ?

Other exchanges usually just require a few confirmations whereas on Bittrex its really a lot and can be time consuming.

I think it's pretty obvious he means his withdrawal from Bittrex did not appear at its destination (another exchange) even though Bittrex shows it as processed.

He made a support ticket and Bittrex hasn't responded, which is a massive problem with exchanges right now. They're making tons of money, but never respond to support requests.

English is not the first language for a lot of users here, but they're trying their best and I applaud them. Let's not ridicule people over their fluency as you seem to have done.

All my coins were stolen yesterday. Somebody logged in, exchanged all the currencies to BTC and made withdrawal to unknown address.

You can see on the screenshot https://i.imgur.com/VAhzgO0.png – 2 factor auth was enabled. 1st time somebody couldn't log in because of the 2FA. But the second time 2FA didn't help at all – thief bypassed 2FA protection somehow and logged in.

The Bittrex' support keeps silence.

Worrying to say at the least. 2fa bypassing could be just phishing attacks. But they seem to be having more and more problems.

Curious if users attempting to sign into "Bittrex Support" not realizing it's not Bittrex, are getting creds leaked?

This is going to be very terrible news for every one who is investing in this exchange that we have many phishing attacks and its effecting many members so they need to check this very quickly and solve this problem because this can cause too many problems for them also in near future now I am also have check my account on very short term basis and shifting coins to my wallet instead of any exchange
