the biggest problem is the poor communication to members. who knows how much money cannot withdrawable  from  their pocket... maybe 100 millions rover Bllion $...

If you fill out the EV they will enable your account, It's essentially black mail but at least you get your funds back. Then just delete Trex's existence from your mind


If it would be so easy.It seems Bittrex is storing via Jumio our Biometric Data from the selfie.
Jumio confirmed that they are extracting the biometric data but denied to answer the question how long they are going to store that biometric data.

Do you guys feel comfortable that a private company like Jumio is holding your copy of ID including biometric data ?
It's worst than that!
They are getting our Identifications for USA governments, FBI, NSA and...
They are forced to do it and that is exactly why they don't answer questions clearly...

Bittrex have announced that they are supporting the Bitcoin Gold fork and that Bitcoin holders will receive Bitcoin Gold on a 1:1 basis.

6 days ago iv opened a support ticket on zendesk but no response yet, just automated reply. still open

today iv sent an e-mail to support (support at bittrex  dot com) and now my newest ticket shows that solved. but original ticket still open and my acc still unverified..

with the following comment

"The following people will also be notified when this request is updated:
Bittrex Support"

I'm not having any problem
Withdrew all my coins and tokens had no problem
Sent some back to Bittrex no problems
Still don't know what to think about the problem
I don't have that much there so if I loose it no big deal

If that is the case, what is the point of Basic verification?  Bittrex should just take it off.  With basic verification you can withdraw 3 BTC a day. But if you hold on exhcange more then $1000 you need to do enhanced verification. Who is an idiot here?

They are keeping our coins and token hostage they should have made an option for us to withdraw if we don`t want to send personal data, locking account without prior notice is frustrating.

I don't know why, but I still feel comfortable with them. Their support solved my issue within few minutes, and website as well as my account seem to be working all just great.

They're having trouble in managing all the issues, but I don't think so that their intentions are to scam us.

This is a very good question. I've been following the thread about the locked accounts and there's been plenty of posts about locked accounts but I've not seen a single one where someone has had there account unlocked - or did I miss it ?
BTW , I just move my BTC from Bittrex to HitBTC as they say they will definately honour the Bitcoin Gold fork, whareas Bittrex say they 'might', or words to that effect.

FYI,
HitBTC are already trading SegWit2x 'B2X'.

My account disabled no reason. I contact support. you want some document. i sent but my acoount still disabled 7 days and support no answer. Worst exchange bittrex. Not safe. i want back my bitcoin.

i checked  enhanced verification process in my acc now and show this message:

 "Name Mismatch
We have failed to automatically process your documents due to your name from your basic application not matching what is found on your document. They will need to be manually reviewed. Please contact our support desk. Manual review typically takes 7 days but could be longer based on demand."

So many evidence have been posted that Bittrex is breaking their own terms its just ridiculous people begging for their accounts.

First of all we have proof that many accounts are being asked for EV not because their Basic Information doesn't match but because the account value exceeds $1000.
There is no information in their terms that you need to enhance verify your account once it exceeds $1000 .
Even their article on their website is saying you are allowed to withdraw 3 BTC per day on Basic Account.But how can you withdraw 3 BTC on Basic Account if you need already an Enhanced Verified Account at
0.2 BTC .It does make no sense it clearly shows Bittrex is breaking their own terms.
Another break of their terms are countries effected with high amount of disabled accounts.Bittrex is giving no reason why these accounts have been disabled.
As you could read most accounts are disabled from countries in middle east and asia but not only .
There is no restriction for these countries in their terms.
Since Bittrex is holding people funds they have no right to hold peoples funds without providing a clear explanation to each of them.

Another issue in my eyes is the fact that according to Jumio Bittrex is storing your biometric data from your selfie without informing you about it.
You have no information how long this information will be stored or that you even can demand the deltetion of that very sensitive data once you close your account.
In my eyes its a clear breach of your privacy.


I met with a known lawyer and am going to take legal action to start an arbitrate since i clearly feel like our rights and contract with Bittrex have been violated.
