I have also an account in Bittrex and it's disabled for more than a month without any reason. some of us affected in our life just because of unprofessional Bittrex behavior... Please don't let them to do whatever they like with your money

It's the authorities who are forcing bittrex to make these changes...

Don't fool yourself, which authority would force you to MANIPULATE the market? I am really interested to see WHICH authority would force an exchange to manipulate the order book by canceling the orders?

some thing that many of you are not paying attention to is that, when any exchange HAS the ability to CANCEL the ORDERS, it means that, from day one, the programming staff put the code into the trading engine to give them the ability of manipulating the order list! now, the serious questions :

1- if they have the ability to cancel the orders, who can guaranty that they don't have any other shady abilities regarding the market?
2- during the past months and years, how many of those orders we saw in the order book were fake?
3- how can they reassure us now, that any of those huge buy or sell orders that was manipulating the market was not a fake order from their side?

remember guys, these are serious problems. No sane development team would add such ability to system for manipulating the order book via code or even via SQL commands. WHY? lets see

1- if they let the manipulation via code, any serious programmer may get his hand on the core and using reflection, even the most secure parts of your code is in his hands to use, in other words, a hacker can EASILY use their code against them and erase all the orders from order book and start manipulating it more and more

2- if they do it via SQL, it's even worse, SQL injection attacks are well known. a sane programmer would certainly use encryption to encrypt data before going into data base and decrypt them after getting it out of data base. if they encrypted the data, a sane and safe encryption would work in such a way that simple or even complex SQL commands would not be able to track the date or the price or anything else to erase the order

long story short, their developers GAVE them the ability to MANIPULATE the market via their trading engine FROM DAY ONE !!!!!

ya and now come to think of it they themselves were insider devs of alot of the fraudulent instruments that were traded there~ i used to buy these lotto shitcoins then watch dump to zero and be delisted  :\ grrrr

Something doesn't make sense here,  Bittrex specified on their own website you should not use 'professional images' for verification. They want fresh selfies.
Yet now you are saying your good quality picture got approved quickly?

It was fresh.it has to be good quality otherwise jumlo will reject it

Glad to hear you were able to withdrawal.

I still have the option of doing the enhanced verification, but so far the basic verification has failed. Non U.S citizen so perhaps that's why, but if so that isn't stated anywhere on BITTREX. I'm just cautious about doing the enhanced as I'm unsure where that ID scan will end up. I'd be more trusting if my money wasn't currently held hostage by the same company. I'd like to get my withdrawal limit above 0 by doing a basic verification first.

I am not US citzen i am EU citzen,to verify took me 20 min,firts i cleaned cookie well,it was my second attempt ,at first id was approved photo rejected becouse was one year old

All that problems appear with usdt massive print and btc pump

if they just could get the finger out of their ass and start handling all the tickets, this shouldn't take them to much time to get everyone's account back, if they dont want users from iran,syria or irak they should've closed those accounts, not just close random accounts

- still no answer to my ticket
- now my limit went from 100BTC to 0.025BTC to 0 BTC
- my funds are locked, as a high volume trader with enhanced verification

Support is non existent, nothing, no response, not even a message what is happening and why it is happening.

Is that how you treat your customers?

Howdy Bittrex,

I'd like to request you guys to allow withdrawals! If you want to block users, that's totally fine with me, but do it the proper way:
1. Disable trading (I can still trade!)
2. Disable deposits (I can still deposit!)
3. Enable withdrawals as the only thing left to do on the site

I'd happily move on to the competition after being a customer for years. What you're doing now is unethical to say the least.

yes its a growing amount of tickets but...

but lets do some math

Total BTC Volume = 92398.1389/100x0,25 fees 230,99 BTC! $2298840,4 ETH Volume = 55924.2741/100x0,25 fees 139,81 ETH  $65151,46


1 BTC = $9956.3375

today bittrex exchange made $2363991,86 in fees only yes thats $2,3 million


how much money do they need? does it cost that much to hire someone?

You're lucky that your ticket has been solved but there are still pending problems that aren't solved. They must inform the community if they are doing something to help them out, someone need to speak out on their end.

Had my LEGACY Account everything worked fine.
Then without warning the account was turned into a NEW account with 0.025 BTC limit.
After 3 weeks limit dropped down to 0. Now I can't withdraw anything.

They also changed their FAQ page. Limit on NEW accounts are 0 now. Before 0.025 BTC
I don't think they can't just change their terms without giving everybody
a heads up.

Support just says If I want my money I have to do the extended verification process.
As fare as I know BASIC verification only works with US citizens. Basically everybody
outside US has to send a copy of their ID to them. It's ridiculous

LEGACY Users should have the possibility to withdraw there coins and then close their accounts.
Bittrex is changing their TERMS on weekly basis. There should have been an announcement with a date. Everybody could
have withdrawn if they are not happy with the new TERMS now I am stuck. BASIC verify is okey for me I don't need extended.
Problem is I am not from US so my ONLY possibility is to do the extended verify. It's ridiculous

Bittrex has been planning these changes for months now. If they can't handle the amount of support tickets, they shouldn't have disabled that many accounts at the same time.

Can you share what your support request was? I'd like to know what kind of requests lead to re-enabling an account.

You have exhausted topic in 100%, even poloniex has a reasonable limit of $ 2000 for unverified accounts, it looks like a depopulation of id documents. It's very eerie what is being done now

Perhaps this is what Bittrex is afraid of.
