Why do people keep saying BTC is dead?!

Knowing bitcoin its a currencie and good as well bad news does impact into its value, whales does use media to manipulate the price sometimes, other times exchanges, hackers make those service for free. The only interest to damage bitcoin comes from fiat companies that dont wanna bitcoin legalized, soo they are paying media to talk but to show dark side just, it wont change since bitcoin can easy kill several companies and crypto world would mean freedom for the most.

Haters gonna hate. But the good thing is, bitcoin has already proven time and again that it can rise from all this scenario and recover and comeback even stronger. Like what happened post-ETF, price went down after it was rejected and the market price went to three digits. Then all over the forum saying that it is dead etc, etc. That's last month only, but look at the current price now, it has recovered that we are touching the $1400 price now. So I hope people will not panic if they see the price going down because bitcoin has already proven from the past that it can recover from any roadblocks it will face in the future.

this is because they don't want to see bitcoin price is going to go up so they can buy bitcoin with lower price than other people. its sadly if we see that many people keep saying that bitcoin is dead because this will prevent new people to know bitcoin and they will stay away from bitcoin. but i am still believe that only few people that will stay away from bitcoin as the others will see that bitcoin is the best investment that they can make.

this is because they don't want to see bitcoin price is going to go up so they can buy bitcoin with lower price than other people. its sadly if we see that many people keep saying that bitcoin is dead because this will prevent new people to know bitcoin and they will stay away from bitcoin. but i am still believe that only few people that will stay away from bitcoin as the others will see that bitcoin is the best investment that they can make.

We could not prevent these worst minded and crab people to make such rumors about bitcoin is dead, but if you have enough trust and you believe the power of bitcoin around the world; there's nothing to worry about what will other people was saying against bitcoin. I don't exactly make to a conclusion that btc will be affected by these rumors to 100% but maube it was around 40% effect to people who were not firm enough to stand on their feet regarding the negative publications against bitcoin currency, there is no significant basis thar will coincide to their speculations and I will strongly convince those btc newbies to face the challenging minds of these infair people saying negativities.

Mostly, they are the one who is afraid of losing their investment everytime the price dumps. It is the same for us too, we are scared everytime the peice dumps, but we all know that bitcoin's price is like that and we are used to it by now. They are just panicking that because of their investment, and also to make other people sell their bitcoin.

nah, that's a standard procedure for everything in this world for every minor inconvenience that occurs. I remember people were saying, and some still do, that World of Warcraft was dead with every expansion that came out and wow is still running to this day. So don't pay much attention to it, there will always be those people.

Yes, you are right - time has a good effect on the price of bitcoin. And you can not talk about that. That bitcoin is dead. It still has great potential. And those who say this, just do not understand what bitcoin is and can not use it correctly

no i think they are just pretending, otherwise there is no such think to happen. i think they just want to trade bitcoin in low price therefore they are spreading such kind of news in the market, but now we can see that people are not going to sell their bitcoin in pannic selling but going to hold it during panic like condition.

There are a lot of false news that are giving fear to some holders. It is giving a big impact to the price and with this type of people that are keep on telling that btc is dead, they really don't want to see bitcoin to have it's very good pump. They just want to spread lies for their own benefit and advantage that they don't want others to have.

Every time, for as long as I remember, that I go on bitcointalk, everyone keeps posting "BTC IS DEAD" "SELL" etc... And then a few Sr/Hero members come and explain how thats wrong.

I just don't get it.

Aren't we used to the price fluctuating by now? Whats with all the crying/moaning about price bubbles, crashing, inflations, Russia, China blablablablablablaaaaa!

Jeez... Do some research before posting, I saw one post which got LOADS of attention, yet the first post was done by paint, with an unlabelled graph which showed wrong data!

This is getting to the point where we are affecting newer members or gullible people into selling/dumping all their coins instead of keeping them. I mean when I come on the forum, I see that its crashing, why would I buy in?

I think we need to stop giving the panicking people attention and focus more on positive sides.

These are the communities that they want bitcoin down the price, which is they will buy a huge of it once it happens, then to make other newbie community in this industry get have a panic buying. But this kind of topic has been tackled here many times. In addition to that if we are going to check the price value of bitcoin now it is very calming for the bitcoin holder isn't?

If you have your own speculation then take that route.
We have different ideas but some use it for their own selfish purposes and try to scatter a bad news.
Who does this? Those people who have a lot of power specially those who are known can make this and some might agree specially their own followers. You wont have to be like that. It is your own choice.
