5.9.158.79:9596 173.216.108.94:9596 62.210.123.27:9596 85.25.195.74:9596 76.93.160.74:9596 178.162.192.197:9596 60.241.60.227:9596 217.68.242.45:9596 109.95.19.151:9596 thanks that worked. I've been running into the same thing at times. Every so often when I see that I'm connected to 30 or more peers I'll do a "getpeerinfo" in the debug console and check those IP against my .conf. IP with oddball port numbers I'll ignore because they're very transient but any with 9596 I keep adding to my list as long as they're not duplicates. I am offering to set up a permanent daemon at www.alt-nrg.org to help everyone out with this but I need better instruction how to install one over SSH.

I'm trying to mine solo and get 500 internal server error. Here is my conf: rpcuser=xxx rpcpassword=xxxx rpcallowip=* rpcport=9108 port=9596 gen=0 server=1 listen=1 daemon=1 addnode=5.9.158.79:9596 addnode=173.216.108.94:9596 addnode=62.210.123.27:9596 addnode=85.25.195.74:9596 addnode=76.93.160.74:9596 addnode=178.162.192.197:9596 addnode=60.241.60.227:9596 addnode=217.68.242.45:9596 addnode=109.95.19.151:9596 mintxfee=0.00001 mintxrelayfee=0.00000000
EDIT - Suddenly started hasing but I still keep getting 500 Internal Server Errors
Port has been forwarded fine and I can solo mine YAC fine. Does the whole block chain need to be downloaded before I can solo mine?

Yeah you have to allow the blockchain to completely download before solo mining. Here's what my config file looks like
rpcuser=xxxx rpcpassword=xxxx rpcport=9108 rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 rpcallowip=192.168.*.* port=9596 server=1 listen=1 daemon=1
With this I can solo mine with no problem. So you might need to change your format for the rpcallowip to what I have
