Man I miss the days when only intelligent people were mining.... Nowadays you get so many pathetic wannabe be miners: "I dont like Scrypt-N because I am too stupid and lazy to learn how to set it up, I have to eat and cant set up miners, I rented a rig and didnt make my money back". All I can say is who needs chumps like you guys anyway ? Go mine Litecoin if everything else is too overhelming for you. There will be plenty of competent miners still mining this and you and your whining wont be missed.

Okay, I didn't read all 76+ pages, but, just so I'm clear, all those blocks I found and coins are useless?

N- Adaptive is so easy to set up why do so many people have such a hard time getting it right? Much better than standard scrypt or scrypt jane or keccak.
so would you be conf table setting up mine that I only spent 2 weeks on trying to get it running and was not successful yet?

you accidentally what The entire blockchain. My GPU isn't working anymore now and I don't know what to do What happened? I had the same problem. My Gpus fucked up and the screen was flickering and turning black even after restarting it. After 40 minutes it started working again. It's very scary, because it's a lot of money lost if damaged. I had Vertminer going and it seemed to be working, found a few blocks but then suddenly the screen went funny and when it came back on the entire blockchain had accidentally. My PC keeps shutting down now, it won't even boot up any more. It better not be permanently damaged, the entire rig was worth over 9000 dollars. It was OVER 9000?!?! Its easy to price something when you create the value yourself. For instance my one gpu and computer for my value is valued at 19k. You could find one for less money but not my specific pc, which I used. For this one it is only 19k. :-)

Maybe he means he was on a different blockchain and mined the whole chain, gaining millions in coins and this sudden rapid increase in coins crashed his pc, when he though he was going to make millions of pounds.

That's why I'm so worried about it, I hope that wasn't what caused all the problems with this launch. just what i though turned out to be right

HELLO!???
Are you people daft? Asking for a relaunch of a coin that is anti-miner? Has anyone thought about this for a second?
This coin is premined to a tune of 325million. With my 30 GPUs pointed at it for 2 hours I managed to find 2 blocks. At difficulty .5 to .9!! That is low and only 40K coins while guys are buying up 4.5 mill coins for 1 btc. So what happens to the miner's revenue when difficulty hits 10, 30 or more? I think there are too may coins in supply and no demand will keep this coin at a low price. Making it pointless to mine this coin.
When relaunching you need to take this major problem into consideration.
Anyone else?
difficulty was not correct as it forked, Heck I was mining some coins at a difficulty of 1 when the real dificulty was 9something, also ipo's should get a good return for their investment. With my 100k coins I hope to make a good return.

FROM OP:
"RE-LAUNCH INCOMING 3 days or less, hopefully tomorrow THIS IS FUBAR, STOP MINING. OUR CURRENT DEV IS AWOL AND WE NOW HAVE A NEW DEV. WE WILL RE-LAUNCH TOMORROW AND IF THAT LAUNCH FAILS WE WILL BE SENDING BACK ALL THE IPO INVESTORS"
So... STOP SPREADING BASELESS FUD like "oooh op is running away with the IPO" Failed launches happens. The responsible and sane thing to do is relaunch, OP is doing it correctly. And i'm sorry if you rented rigs and got shafted, thats just the way it goes. Nobody has guaranteed you anything, if you actually owned rigs you'd waste some of your mining time and electricity only. It was announced fairly quickly that launch was a dud.
TLDR: Theres no scam here, come back to mine on relaunch or not, but dont spread fud for no reason!
"Failed launches happens." With 70BTC IPO there is not enough money to make a launch smooth, set up pools, give proper support to set up miners, provide a client that actually works? With 70BTC IPO they hire a new dev that need 3 fucking days to fix a coin clone? You gotta kidding still defending this shit 1: WHERE does it say his bitcoins are from the IPO? that is information you dont have! 2: Failed launches does happen, yes! Has happend before, will happen again. OP cant help if he gets a AWOL coder. 3: Pools are not normally Coin devs doing or responsibility 4: Telling everyone to stop mining and relaunching is the RESPONSIBLE thing to do. 5: You dont risk what you dont put on the table, dont bet with your life savings or something you cant afford to lose. This is teh internets, trust no one! You are a moron actually believing this shit. After all the IPO shit that happened, after wolong and the whole scam crap, you still dont get it. There have been successful coin launches over and over again without one single fucking Bitcoin IPO nor even premine. And I don't fucking care where the bitcoins come from. Serious honest businessmen would show some transparency and use their investment to get the BASICS of the fucking business running. GPUcoin was exactly the same shit that wolong did and still people falling for it. Woolong is a serious scammer. He needs to be put in prison for say 20-30 years.

I want people stop fucking up the community with IPO and premine scam! This shit harms us all especially in times where trust in cryptocurrencies has been hurt big time because of incompetent Mt.Gox and media blaming the failure on Bitcoins and cryptos in general and whole forums about the media articles calling cryptos ponzi scam. But you fucking morons are not getting it. You are too greedy to just see what's going on here with these rich-fast ponzis, because you want to be on the boat and get your gold crumps. You don't care for the community or cryptos in general, you'd mine horseshit if it brings profit. The main stream media is corporate controlled. Do you know how much they lie? if not I suggest you do some research and then you will find alternative media as more trustworthy. Also just because the news says its true doesn't mean that it is. Just because most people won't do their own research and like to be brainwashed by trash tv and main stream media, that still does not mean that its true. Maybe you also believe that 911 was not an inside job as well as they would like you to believe?

Jherek -- sounds like you got taken by wolong, sucks to be you, stop crying to the gpu coin communinty. I can assure you we are all quite tired of it. Chase off a few newbie miners, you wont instill distrust in us all. Shame, your posts were so nice before you got involved in panda.
DogeCoin2.0 -hows that 167 feeling... you mad bro?
Don't care what these haters say. This coin has great potential to create another element of a closed ecosystem that crypto so needs. Gonna stick with this one for a while.
THANKS CEO -- getting it right is more important
I got involved in panda? I was against it from the start. I was against wolong from the very beginning when he appeared in Dogecoin trying to fuck the market up. You find no single post of me where I was supporting wolong.

3x 280X
GPU1 360kH GPU2 360kH GPU3 20kH WHY ??
Lack of system RAM.. scrypt-n is a bitch. 8GB RAM Yup.. for 3 cards you'll need 12GB.. 4GB per card. Not at all, I'm running six on a H61 Pro BTC motherboard and 8GB of RAM at 6x370KH/s. Sometime when relaunching the miner after changing settings a card or two does get very low hash rate in the 5-30KH range, a reboot solves it. having same probs here. my r9 270x just gets hillarious 20kh/s. rebooting didn't solve it

I know about the mainstream media (although I dont believe in conspiracy, I just think they'll do anything to bend a story far enough to make scandals of it because scandals mean attention which mean readers which mean profit). But that's not the point here, the point is scam like this scares newbies off. IPOs create an atmosphere of greed and ponzi business. The coins created have no purpose but to make a few rich and a majority scammed. They lure with big promises and have no ideal, only holow behind a shiny mask that's set up to lure naive NEET and plebs. This is no idealistic honest business, this is wild west gold rush.

Just keep in mind that a relaunch at night might work for the USA based miners but automatically screws us European miners over. The dev has to find a solution so all of us are satisfied.
I think the best approach is for everyone who mines to move to the same time zone so the launch is fair for everyone. Or maybe we can have 24 forks so that each time zone can launch at 8 pm in their respective time zone. Sorry, sometimes I need to laught after reading 20+ pages of hate posts. indeed lol
