What coin are you trying to exchange to? If not a popular coin it is not exchanged as often. They have to wait for a certain amount to add up before submitting to the exchange.

I have the same problem, with coins that until today were exchanged very fast, in 2-3 hours - zencash, zclassic, bitcoin gold and ethereum. It's about 24 hours and no autoexchange.

zcash which is popular enough.  Used to take around 4 hours.  Besides which I have zencash, zclassic and bitcoin gold on exhange now for 24 hours.  Nothing coming back.  Really looks like something is broken.

Not true, I had some Digibyte-Skein exchanged for Litecoin a few hours ago.  So its not for ALL COINS.  Maybe just the Equihash coins?

You need to be present at the end of the round until a block is found, otherwise you will lose all your shares, regardless of the hashrate. Simple as that, and this is how most pools work.

I'm new to this pool and to mining also so could any good soul tell me why i'm getting shares in miner but they don't show in transaction history ? Like I have 100 shares done now and i got only one transaction which is for about 13 thousand zcash. Isn't it supposed to be more than just only one transaction ?

You sent me transaction list since dec 28. We are talking about mining done and payouts not done between dec 26 and dec 28.

I believe you are running several accounts. Pool never deletes transaction items. Actually there's no transaction deletion code at all too.

I have one and only one account. I mine one and only one coin with gpus. I have one and only one destination address.

Keep in mind that no one is experiencing similar issue like you.

Ok, that' s not good from my perspective, but issue still yet to be resolved. I saw many people shouting at me scammer easily at first and found their mistake later and disappear without saying sorry.

I would actually be thankful and willing to pay bounty if one can proof if it' s really my fault and how exactly it' s my fault.

Like I said: on dec 26 evening there was 0.9zcoins on balance. On dec 27 morning i was unable to log in, unable to reset password. Later i got in, but dashboard was blank, workers was gone, balance was 0, etc. Saw many people on twitter got similiar issues. Approx. 24h later zcoin balance should have reached 1 zcoin threshold, balance went 0, but no payout or transaction history.

I'm tired to check and response because you can also check your hashrate and payouts. You don't even do your basic checks.

Checked everything countless times. There is nothing to check in your site.

If I were you I would explore transaction items first. You told me you paid out on early december too but your account mining started on 28th December.

BTW Just checked that i wrote you e-mail about missing zcoin and xvg balances already on december 27! This is just another trivial example that my account was active and had problems before 28th.

Ok it's working now.  Huge amount came back from exchange.  Would love to know why there was a sudden 24 hour delay.  Usually it takes 3 to 5 hours for the equihash coins but suddenly nothing for 24 hours.  Anyway, all good now.  Hope it stays that way.

I'm trying to get XMR-STAK to work with MPH and can't get it to connect.  I keep getting socket errors.  I've tried switching "use_tls" to false/true.  Tried switching "tsl_secure_algo" to true/false.

Has no effect.  Just keeps erroring out.  I have the correct pool and port in the config.

I can connect to electroneum ovh pool OK.  What am I missing here to make mph work?

There was some big amount of auto exchange demand which was bigger than bittrex's overall zcash order book.
As this never happened before, I had to exchange it manually and resume the auto exchange.

Add your workers at Workers page manually and you will see statistics instantly.
Usually it should be added automatically but these are quite slow sometimes.
This issue will be fixed when I open unified miner page. It will be available soon. I'm working on it.
