Acabo de recibir por mail la notificación del proceso de MtGox, en resumen: "The reason for such rejection is that such amount does not exist."
Por supuesto que no existe como saldo en la web de MtGox pero no me han dado opción a presentar los documentos que sí poseo que demuestran el fiat que ingresé a MTGox Poland justo antes del cierre y que reclamé inmediatamente su devolución sin respuesta alguna.
El texto del mail:

"To all creditors,

On May 25, 2016, the date of the investigation of claims, I made determination as to accept or reject your filed claims.

As a result, all or a part of the amounts that you filed were rejected.
The reason for such rejection is that such amount does not exist.

I uploaded the results of the acceptance or rejection given on the date of the investigation of claims to the system under which you can file the claims against to MtGox Co., Ltd. (“MTGOX”) regarding the refund of BTC and money which were filed by the users of MTGOX’s Bitcoin exchange (the “Bankruptcy Claims Related to Exchange”) through the website (https://claims.mtgox.com/assets/index.html#/ ).  You can browse the statement of acceptance or rejection which sets forth the contents of filings and the details of acceptances or rejections therefor, with respect to all Bankruptcy Claims Related to Exchange, by logging into the System and clicking the link to the PDF file of the “List of Acceptance or Rejection of the Claims” (however, they will be partially masked).  Please look for your creditor’s number (the number assigned to you when you filed your claims) and your name, and confirm the results of the acceptance or rejection of your filed claims.  You can also confirm the results of the acceptance or rejection of your claims by logging into the System and clicking the icon that states “Confirm the Results of Acceptance or Rejection of the Claims” (Please note that due to the technical error in the System, there is a possibility that the results of the acceptance or rejection of your claims shown on “Confirm the Results of Acceptance or Rejection of the Claims” icon were incorrect during the period between May 25, 2016 and May 27, 2016 (Japan time). Please check the results again.).

The creditors whose filed claim was rejected may take the claim assessment process within one month from the date of investigation of claims pursuant to the Japanese Bankruptcy Law.

Me encuentro en la misma situación. No me puedo creer que el tal Nobuaki no sepa de la cuenta de MTGOX en Polonia, cierto que debia de operar como un ponzi, pero no es razon para que no aparezca entre los assets de MTGOX. Que pasó con esto? como se puede aportar las pruebas de que se envió dinero ahi que no aparece? Segun lo que dice el email tenemos un mes para reclamar. Dónde?, cómo?, en ingles supongo...

Vista la celeridad vertiginosa con la que va el asunto, yo no cuento con muchas noticias durante el resto del año, y con el dinero como mínimo hasta 2017.

Yo diría que para 2018, ya se sabe que el proceso se puede alargar mínimo al menos 14 meses más.

A mi tampoco me han reconocido el dinero en efectivo que transferi a la cuenta de Polonia unos días antes de la debacle, veo que no soy el único, espero que habiliten un medio para aportar pruebas que justifiquen la existencia de ese dinero, pero veo que esto va para largo...

Respecto a lo que tenía en Mt.Gox me reconocen todo más los intereses de demora pero yo también entiendo que al final recibiremos en torno a un 25% de dicha cantidad, que es lo que quedará tras la liquidación de la empresa, y si es en BTC mejor, dados los precios de mercado que se manejan actualmente, lo cual permitiría compensar parte de las pérdidas.

Yo por si acaso cuento con un 20 para evitarme posibles decepciones y, ojalá, llevarme posibles sorpresas

y si es en BTC mejor, dados los precios de mercado que se manejan actualmente, lo cual permitiría compensar parte de las pérdidas.

Kraken ha dicho que distribuirá el dinero en BTC. Yo les puse un ticket hace poco preguntando si la gente que había hecho la reclamación offline podía subirse al carro y me dijeron que se habilitará un procedimiento para vincular las reclamaciones a kraken, lo que entiendo que es una respuesta positiva.

TO CREDITORS OF MTGOX CO., LTD.:
 
The bankruptcy trustee determined acceptance or rejection of the claims against MtGox Co., Ltd. (“MTGOX”) regarding refund of BTC and/or cash filed by the users of MTGOX, on May 25, 2016, the date of the investigation of claims.  The bankruptcy trustee has already sent a notice on the result of acceptance or rejection.
Creditors who disagree to the result of acceptance or rejection of their own claims determined by the bankruptcy trustee may file for a claim appraisal procedure with Tokyo District Court within one month from the date of investigation of claims (i.e., until June 27, 2016 (Japan Standard Time)) pursuant to the Japanese Bankruptcy Act, whereby the creditor may challenge the determination by the bankruptcy trustee.  This is a legal procedure under which the bankruptcy creditors objecting to the acceptance or rejection by the bankruptcy trustee file with the court an application for an appraisal of the bankruptcy claims, in order to determine, among others, the amount of their own bankruptcy claims.  PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE CREDITORS WHOSE FILED CLAIMS WERE REJECTED DID NOT FILE A CLAIM APPRAISAL PROCEDURE OF THEIR BANKRUPTCY CLAIMS WITH THE COURT BY JUNE 27, 2016 (JAPAN STANDARD TIME), THEIR CLAIMS WILL BECOME FINALIZED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RESULT OF ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION BY THE BANKRUPTCY TRUSTEE. • Que los que no estén de acuerdo con la decisión del Kobayashi este pueden pedir un "appraisal procedure", pongamos "procedimiento de valoración", hasta el 27 de junio. Quien no lo haga, está de facto aceptando lo que Kobayashi ha dicho respecto de las cantidades aceptadas y rechazadas. Por supuesto, solicitar este procedimiento no es garantía de que vayan a aceptar las cantidades que fueron rechazadas.
• Que hay que mandar dos copias del formulario de solicitud (en japonés, tol mundo a pagar traducciones legales de las buenas) y dos copias de cualquier evidencia que se pueda aportar, y mandarlas a la dirección esa. Deben llegar antes del 27, que es dentro de 2 lunes, así que no hay tiempo que perder.
• Que Kobayashi no atiende preguntas en privado sobre todo este tinglao, hala cada uno a buscarse su abogado.

Entiendo que son las autoridades japonesas quienes lo facilitan a l@s interesad@s. Supongo que al amigo Kobayashi no le costaba mucho ponerlo disponible, pero por otro lado, no tiene ningún incentivo para hacerlo (ni obligación, claro).
