I have a feeling a lot of people on the spreadsheet either weren't honest or are not updating it, though.
I have a feeling a lot of people on the spreadsheet just haven't been refunded. My case, at least.
I have a feeling that a lot of people on the spreadsheet never invested.   It makes things look worse than when what they are.   I haven't looked at it for a while, but it was well over 600 BTC and BTC_Arbs claimed there was never that much BTC invested with him.
I have a feeling soon we will have too come together, pitch in, hire and get our coins back.. Patience with theft dis communication and lying only will tolerate so much on anyone. It will get where I don't mind paying much more than I lost to prove what goes arou..I have always been nice and obviously it doesn't oil the squeaky wheel

I'm in the same boat.

In fact I may be worse off than most...I don't think btc-arbs will ever pay me back because of the way I called him out as a scammer over on the litecointalk forums.  Months ago when the supposed "buy out" happened I started digging into things and couldn't reconcile all the odd behavior...so I started a thread to warn folks that the website has become a scam.  So my guess is he won't honor my refund of 1.25BTC because of that.  I hope he's better than that, but who knows...there's no transparency in what he's doing, who's getting paid and why, who's next in his queue, who he deems has a legit claim, etc....So all we can do is be patient and hope he stays true to his word and honors all legit requests for repayment.

damn, hes actually paying back?

Surprising, yes.
He has been doxx'ed, and that probably does play a role for the refund. Wink

All I can testify to is he is promising to pay back.  I got a message from him stating that he would send payments on the 16th-20 of July to me.  Then he never did.  Those that are getting paid.... well great.  I am still out 2btc.  Sometimes if you say your doing something and not really doing it all your doing is calling that dog off the hunt.  I am looking for my own beagle.

In my message I said that you would receive your first payment by the 20th of July. Your initial payment was 0.2 bitcoin.

The refund address that you provided was 1JF1wewdPAhmQCLrFudqkHXku628QKun7b

The transaction of your first refund payment:
https://blockchain.info/address/1JF1wewdPAhmQCLrFudqkHXku628QKun7b

While that is all good.  It is not the address I gave you any of the times you asked for it.  Although you posting that makes things appear you are refunding.  For all I know it could be anyones even your own address.  So look again at all the PM's I have sent you.  If your going to refund be honest about it.  I have lost faith in this and dont believe your really refunding at all.  Just to the people that was threating legal actions.

Who ever has any doxxing info please message me.

This guy is full of it.  How can you trust anyone doing a "HYIP" in the first place?  Frankly I don't know why he isn't just running with whatever funds he has left.  Has anyone doxxed him so they can threaten him a little at least?  what percent is everyone getting back?

Updates;

a. More refund payments sent.

b. One more user has forfeited his refund for sending a death threat. Good news for everyone else because it removes someone from the refund queue.

c. More email/PM replies coming today.

Yikes , A death threat?   a little harsh over stolen property...Will you atleast tell us what page u are on on pm's now? There was only 3 pages left awhile ago. Now that the price is finally fluctuating to arb. People are complaining about not getting paid back fast in incriments when the majority have not even recieved the first estimated pay date.. Give us some different news about something related to a time frame please

Chilly2k, have you seen a pm,  email, or refund? I would be happy to get a blank message from him.. Just to know I'm not a illusion. I have another account that I never put on the spreadsheet because it was similar to my other name ...didnt want people thinking that is was just made up and make people loose confidence. I would give him that account if he would just respond to me Suttonh99

Nothing from BTC-arbs.  I sent an Email and followed up with a PM on June 8th.  I actually had 7 accounts.  The Email had all of the details, the PM just said to see the Email.

Maybe because the details were in the Email, he ignored my PM and figured he would handle the Email when he got to those.  Maybe because it was multiple accounts he stuck it to the back of the list, either way this is all speculation, only BTC-arbs knows what he's doing.

Like you, a brief Email (I hate the PM system on this forum)  saying he got the PM and will reply latter, would ease my mind.

Guys: we are lucky to be getting our refund, even if it is a super slow process. Obviously I'm not happy about the fate of my remaining 5.9BTC hanging in limbo. But try not to lose your cool. Leave the death threats to Liam Neeson. Wink

Death threats are the result of immaturity and stupidity.

BTC-Arbs is still here, months after the site went down, attempting to pay people back. I'm not thrilled with the pace, like anybody - but it is what it is. The payments have been continuing and that's what I really care about.

Sent a message to this guy on June 27, 2014, 02:37:55 PM   .....never got a message back or any refund. I "invested" with btc-arbs before the whole buy-out and tried to repeatedly withdraw my coin back then which never happened

I would love to post that I am being repaid the 1btc I am owed but as many before have said I doubt this will end well. I will update if proven wrong though.

I want to update this and let everyone know that I did get a payment of .2 BTC today.  IF you send him the proper information he can begin the refund process with you.  This payment has restored some trust in this process.  If your still waiting I would tell you if you communicate nicely with ARBS he will get to you.  Even though we had a misunderstanding I am now recieving payments.

It has been a while since my last payment...... not trying to jump ahead of those that haven't received anything yet, just keeping my name in the mix. Hoping for something again soon.
