I've seen lot's of people who complain to bounty hunters who dump their tokens after they get them. Why hate them? They have all the rights to sell whenever they want and bounty allocations are only 1%-5% of the total supply of the coin. I don't think it will do much to lower the price of the coin. I mean it's even good for the ICO investors as they will have a chance to buy more tokens with lesser price than the ICO.
Wel
Holding the tokens also doesn't mean it will make you rich. Some tokens get abandon by the developers so it would be better to sell at a good price than be left hanging in the end.
Bounties hunters usually waits for a longer time to get paid with tokens and it takes another period of time before being listed in an exchange hence the need for some hunters who need fiat without any financial means whose only option is to dump immediately to cover for many expenses especially full time bounty hunters.

May be because they are crashing the market and investors suffering because of it?

I don't think people outright hate hunters who dump their bounty stakes. There is a lot of confusion happening on both sides.
On one side, you have the core members of the community and the seasoned investors who understand that a good startup needs time to grow, in order to successfully get up off of the ground. So it seems strange to dump a coin/token before it ever has a chance to grow.
On the other side, you have people from very lower income backrounds, some from 1st, 2nd and even 3rd world countries who can't afford to wait many years for a company and its coin/token to grow organicly, so they dump their coins for profit immediately, because they may really need the money.
There are many factors to consider.

It is on the grounds that numerous abundance seekers are simply running for cash, numerous however not all. They don't waver to swindle bounties, with multi-records or putting on a show to be other abundance seeker in submitting enlistment shape. All things considered, the dumpers are not just from abundance seekers. I saw a few financial specialists become weary of undertaking improvement and offer their token underneath the ICO cost.

People only hate bounty dampers for one thing and that is that they influence the price in the market of a particular ICO. Most bounty hunters do forget that they worked for the rewards they got. But instead after getting paid they just dump at any price.

Do you think that this is bad? I do not think so, because I can afford to buy tokens or coins at cheap prices, only now in a falling market prices fall even lower, there is no way to be sure that tokens will grow.

Everyone has their own strategy and that's will make market full with number and action. Don't think about that, just do your plan obey your rules and find another program to increase your payment. Buy, sell, hold is relative but how people see opportunity and follow their strategy is good. Hold not always become main strategy because market not always agree with us.

there are any several reasons why the tokens from an ico are cheaper than the price of ico. one reason is that many bounty hunters or investors sell their tokens at the cheap prices. they don't want to wait long until the price goes up. that causes the price of tokens to be cheap and getting down.

You are right about that but try to imagine it if you are on the investor position, investor invested so many ETHs and BTCs on an ICO but when the tokens/coins listed on the exchange, the price fall so hard. Of course it's not from the investor but it is from bounty participants who sell their tokens on the exchange and makes the price crashed.

If it's a bounty hunter who does not have a formal job and see bounty as a career, I think they will be like you say. As for me, bounty as a form of investment in a project instead of me investing money in the project, I invest by promoting the project to earn bonuses.

because they think bounty dumpers affect the price for selling their coins. bounty hunters have different reason why they sell they coins. they see bounty as a serious job and a source of income so it is right for them to sell their coins. if investors don't want it to happen maybe choose an ICO that don't offer bounty campaign.

People hate it because it is not real value, a new type of fraud!
Be cautious with the new altcoin and have the price range change too fast and many people loses their investment.

In two cases a person sells their tokens. One if he need money and second is he has no trust on token. Money need is normal. But trust build with time. If any token shows good growth and market in bull run then automatically trust will build. But in bear market mostly hates the holding and they goes for sale.

I agree with you bounty allocation is most of times max 2% of coins so dumps are not caused by bounty hunters sell

I do not have any hatred for Bounty hunters, because they often translate earned tokens into ETH, which makes it grow. Moreover, I do not think that they can have a very negative effect on the price of the coin.

actually, if a lot of people sell coins at low prices then that will make the price of coins cheaper. we have to avoid it. we must be able to manage our crypto assets well so as not to get the big losses.

Of course, everyone hates dumping, but understand their situation, maybe their families are in trouble and they sell pennies to cover their living. do not hate them

I think there should be no place for hatred, everyone honestly works and they want to earn. Unfortunately, people are greedy and do not understand that if everyone will wait, then you will be able to sell coins at a much higher price.

I think that most bounty hunters try to sell their tokens, because they often start to drop in price. So it is normal when people want to take as much as possible from their rewards.
