Does anybody here know any source how to set up cards properly on groestl?
What I find very interesting is that my older cards are actually faster than newer.. so I must be misconfiguring something but cant find what..

I also found that worksize of 64 - 128 and lookup-gap of 4-8 gives best results...

make sure you're not already registered (try signing in)

Coincidentally I had previously registered with both of my mail ids. Anyway works with my new mail id. Thanks.

On your side please fix the 'Forgot Password' link.

Please remove stablehash.com pools from first post as they've stolen a lot of coins from miners !

give them credit and some time, I guess... and I hope Wink

We are experiencing extensive problems with our DB servers. We will not be coming back up until it is fixed. Sorry about all of this. This is taking up a lot of my time. Coins are safe.

What about the payouts ? I've got 700 myr but that's far from what I should have. Where are the remaining coins Huh?

Please PM me with more details and I will sort it out!

So you ask for a PM and then don't reply to it Huh

Once more, I ask for all stablehash pools to be removed from the first post !

Have the same problem with http://myrskein.stablehash.com 11к coins stuck here. I even found some blocks for pool to rich auto-payment new value I had set, but no reaction.

What I find very interesting is that my older cards are actually faster than newer.. so I must be misconfiguring something but cant find what..

My 6670 are about half the hasrate of R9 270 on groestl but 1/4 on scrypt or skein... I suspect AMD optimised newer cards for scrypt Smiley

what are you getting on these cards?
What I find most commic is my second hand 5850s are actually faster than new 270s Cheesy 270s only 7.7 MHs on groestl.. not good.. Cheesy

2. How it can be that at qubit algo my card gives apprx 3.2mh, but at the same time at the same pool i see miner that have around 300mhs? How it could be? Really stronk miner with 30 kilograms of videocards or ...?

1. the algo that has the lowest diff at the moment of mining, that's the beauty of this coin.
2. there are farms with hundreds of gpus and cpus mining myriad and also: botnets Smiley

Still getting below expected payouts from Groestl Stablehash. At diff 220, I should be getting around 600 an hour, but so far getting 400. Someone needs to make another Groestl pool! Groestl should be by far the most lucrative algo at the moment, but it's losing 30% through pool inefficiency.

You are getting anything from that pool ? I didn't get mine 10-15.000 coins for 1 day mining...

Yeah, I've been getting payouts consistently and it's a stable pool. It's just not paying out what it should based on difficulty / hashrate. You're using the custom GPU miner in the OP? I've just created a bat file with the pool details and changed intensity to 18. Other than that, nothing complicated to set up. I know that he was having problems with the pool a few days ago though - have you tried since?

Skein: 6670 - 27 MH/s, R9 270 - 122 MH/s

Scrypt 6670 - 110 kH/s, R9 270 - 425 kH/sec

My 6770 (core/mem 800/1100 - MSI with lowest speeds and smallest cooler)
Groestl: 4.4Mh/s (I:17 - anything higher gives unstable Mhs/s but the same mid result)
Skein: 45Mh/s (I:6)
Scrypt: 145Kh/s (i:13 - like "interactive mode, i:18 gives ~185Kh/s)

By the way, is groestl is still CPU hungry then mining on GPU? With sgminer I get ~95% CPU load too on Q6600@3GHz... Or just my CPU is so oooold? Cheesy

Creating a pool is not as easy as you can think.
A groestl pool is a really new thing and still under dev.

But, may the creator can release a github or a zip with the source so others pools can be created and somes little tweak could be done by the community , or create a P2Pool to decentralized the problem ?

This coin need it to be more stable and getting some investissors

+1000000000000000

We really need a Groestl Stratum for that.

Best thing would be a Groestl P2POOL to create a P2POOL Network and get rid of Pools, and DDOS, 51% Attacks, Back-end problems and whatever !
