[ANN][XMY] Myriad | Multi-Algo, Fair, Secure

I just donated 25,000 Myriad to the donation address on the OP. I hope it will go to the following causes:

-implementing an RPC command that returns network hashrate per algorythm
-algorythm switching mining software for a algo-profit-switching pool
-algo-profit-switching pool
-andoid wallet
-implementation of a 100% proven CPU algorythm (right now qubit and groestl are CPU friendly but not CPU dedicated so while CPU miners can still mine competing with GPUS on fair grounds they still do not have an exclusive algorythm)
-adding a metalayer to Myriad (similar to xcp)
and the list is evergrowing.

I would also like to volunteer as a Mod for the Myriadcoin subreddit. The first thing I will do is change the theme to something more updated. I worked on the themes for /r/officialcredits and /r/lazycoins. I will implement the same theme with custom colors on /r/myriadcoin if I can be modded there.

On that note, we might want to get a new logo that has 3 main colors in some nice scheme. 5 colors might actually work too to symbolize the 5 algos. But if we get the number of colors worked down it'll be easier to make themes for websites, community pages, paper wallets, etc. This isn't a huge important technological programming hurdle, but I think it's important going forward for a professional appearance of the coin.

yeah, i think so too. design should be very pure and sophisticated, white and some anthracite to leave more room for the logo itself.

just keep it basic until the community gets around to define the brand.

My cgminer starts and seems to be connected to the pool, my graphic cards are at 100% load but I don't get any accepted (even after waiting 15 minutes on my 2 R9 290X).

Do I need to wait a very long time to get accepteds ?  (on MYR-G AND MYR-Q I get accepteds after a few seconds).

What's wrong in my .bat ?

If I remember correctly, cgminer may not show accepted shares, or show after some time, better look at pool what is reporting.

or you can set up multiple wallets on multiple machines and mine what you want also mike I only do scrypt gpu mining bro sorry I can't help you but to anyone who is mining with sha256d poolerino is one if the best and honest if not THE best and honest pools I've ever mined on, if they would have opened scrypt I would be mining there for sure.also thank you primer,piples and the dev 8bitcoder for their generous donations to my work on the block explorer, more work to come when I'm done with it this coin is going to have features others will only dream of

Just thinking out loud , to further enhance protection from concentrated mining of 1 algo , why not implement dynamic block reward for each algo instead of a flat 1000 across all algo ? Block halving could be remove and replace by dynamic block reward. Coin like darkcoin , heavycoin have block reward that changes frequently according to specific condition. For example, too many miner at sha algo block reward will be 500 whereas CPU only algo very little miner block reward will 1000. This would encourage spreading out hash power and promote the spirit of this coin. Also, by having dynamic block reward, price will also change frequently based on dynamic coin supply. People will look forward to price movement.

I think a separate Wiki page for Skein, Groestl, etc mining performances for different cards would go a long way towards promoting this coin. Most people here might be mining on one of those algos without knowing whether they're getting the most out of it or not. I for one found groestl to be great, but couldn't get my cards to work on skein for example.
