FOOD FOR THOUGHT FOR THE MINERS ...

On my rig, I can mine at around 9,500 Zeit/hr this week.

HOWEVER

I can mine Doge at 250/hr.

As Doge is worth 77x as much as Zeit right now, that equates to around 19,000 Zeit/hr (assuming buying Zeit @ 2 sats)

THUS

By switching to mining Doge, selling them on Cryptsy, transferring them to MintPal & buying Zeit -

1) I am getting double the Zeit for my hashing power.

2) I am generating 'trade volume' for Zeit.

3) I am amassing more Cryptsy points to vote Zeit with.

E2A

4) I'm taking Zeit off idiots who don't know what they have Wink

Anyone agree & joining me?

I'm at DogeHouse.org

Indeed, i also dont mine zeit at this moment. And only buy is 2 or 3 times faster...

Coinex.... got the most coins of me....  Cry

I find it interesting that once people started asking questions in the previous thread, you locked it and started a self moderating one. That indicates a level of insecurity, immaturity and paranoia that I find alarming

We changed the thread because we changed the coin from POW to POW/POS if you aren't smart enough to realize that I don't have to justify anything to you nor take your ridiculous accusations

I find it interesting that I remembered this message being written previously:

I find it interesting that once people started asking questions in the previous thread, you locked it and started a self moderating one. That indicates a level of insecurity, immaturity and paranoia that I find alarming.

It's interesting what we find interesting.

Exactlythe mods of this coin are trying to shut people up!I wanted to tive the developers the benefit of the doubt that they weren't the ones scamming me. But after days and days of trying to get in contact with zeitloss@zeit-coin.com and getting no response and after posting on here over and over it seems that what cryptorush is saying about this coin are true. Well, according to cryptorush this is what they are telling me happened: THe developers of zeitcoin had intended to pump prices up higher on cryptorush so they could dump at a profit they had planned to make. Unfortunately for them people found out it was a pump and dump scam and stopped buying the coins. The only ones buying and selling their own zeitcoins were the developers. When they saw they weren't going to able to make money that way and people were only willing to buy zeitcoin at 1 satoshi, they voided the block chains, essentially wiping out all coins purchased at the low price. This is so they wouldn't have non developers dumping with them when price went back up. They have no coins to give, and are no longer working on the issue *what so ever* and are referring people to email zeitloss@zeit-coin.com as the only possibility of getting their coins back. They have denied that zeitcoin has asked them to send data of affected users. I don't know who to believe but it's not looking good. All I want is the over 2 million coins that were deleted from cryptorush by the developers of zeitcoin. I don't think cryptorush would steal zeitcoin considering its only 1 satoshi and they have coins worth much much more they would steal way before zeitcoin.

Perhaps it's your attitude.

You came in this thread with that red text of yours and pointed out that the CR mods banned you from their IRC, now you're complaining about being ignored here:

IS THIS COIN A SCAM!?

I just logged in to crypto rushin to withdrawn my zeitcoins (about 2.7 million) and there was some disclaimer about my coins being deleted by the zeitcoin development team?? I went to the IRC channel to talk to cryptorush support and they said due to some faulty coding my coins a long with a bunch of others were deleted by the developers of zeitcoin. WTF IS GOING ON? Are they scamming me or are you?

CryptoRush is a scam, coin is good.

OK, Well then what the hell's going on? Where are my coins??

EDIT: and yes crypto-rush are assholes they even banned me when while I was questioning them about my coins. I hope the zeitcoin team can fix this issue for me. ;(

You also like to hark about how we've treated you badly.
Your treatment's deteriorated the more you've bitched and moaned, shouted and accused and now you're saying the coins WERE DELETED FROM THE BLOCKCHAIN!

If it was me, I'd have banned you from the thread, be thankful the Dev's got more patience / been away long enough for his patience to not wear thin enough yet TO ban you (if that's even possible here.. I don't know I've 'yet' to be banned although I'm sure it's come close and will continue to be).

You're obviously not smart enough to know when to leave personal comments from when you are in person. If you tried calling me an 'idiot' in person you would be like a tv stuck on mute with no volume button. Why would anyone invest in this coin when the last ones who did got robbed?

Perhaps you could comprehend that this is THE INTERNET and NOT FACE TO FACE.
If you spoke to this many AFK like this, you'd have received one hell of a beat down, but it's not AFK and hence you're able to continue venting!

UPDATE: I Still have NOT received ANY coins from the Zeitcoin development team. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF INVESTING IN THIS COIN *DONT*. Myself and a number of others had millions of zeitcoin stolen/scammed from us by zeitcoin developer.

I just bought me self some BTC, hope to get them tonight so I can buy Zeit when it stil at 1-3 satoshi Smiley.
I've got a question. I know you have to unlock your wallet to be able to mint, but does it have to stay open for days? Some people say it only have to stay open for like 40 min. twice a week. what is the final answer.

Donate if you like he-man Wink

I have a few questions about POS. I understand that it is better in that it doesn't cost as much energy as POW. I also understand that it is meant to reward those that support the system.
But what I don't understand is why will those that already own lots of coins get more coins during POS instead of those that use their coins instead of just hoarding them? Won't that cause exponential wealth for some and reduce the chances for others to get any coins and become part of the system? Won't that result in a situation similar to the one we have with the current monetary system, interest and compound interest?
Why wouldn't it be a better idea to reward those that actually use the coins and generate lots of transactions? Maybe I misunderstand something or I am missing something but I feel like that would be closer to a cash flow safe currency. And wouldn't that be a good thing?

If you are concerned about PoS you should go and check out Fluttercoin and its Proof-Of-Block concept.

I'm not concerned, just trying to understand the reasoning behind it. I've seen there's also FreiCoin, but it uses demurrage instead of rewards. Will read up on proof of block now. Thank you.

Edit: The FlutterCoin thread describes POS as "variable interest based on coin age". Now that's different from an interest based on the amount of coins one owns. So I'm even more confused. Which is it?

0.00031281BTC / 0.00000002 = 15640.5 ZEIT/h

......but around a 1mh/s should do more than 9500 zeit/h, +/- 15000 zeit/h....

Do we know the number of Zeitcoins currently in circulation?  I know the spec says 99 billion total but how many are mined and premined at this point?  Just looking at the 1.4billion coins in the 1 sat buy orders at mintpal and wondering if there's even enough coins out there yet to fill them?  Is that what the block explorer will help with?

seriously.
we already handled this yesterday with that guy, it's monotonous.
don't feed him, he clearly can't read a page before his post to see that action is being taken against CR.
he needs to get in contact with them and vanish otherwise,
just hit that little Ignore button and poof, gone.

i'll give this a shot.

UPDATE

Over the last 9 hours, I've averaged 255.5 Doge/hr @ DogeHouse

Current selling price for Doge on MintPal is 125 sats

255.5*125 = 31944 sat

/2 = 15,972 Zeit/hr

The direct Zeit mining figure I quoted earlier was from 12 hours on the 'YourMine' pool, which has stats as good as anybody else.

The real point I am trying to get over, to those who are into the long-term future of this coin, is that if you are mining Zeit, you are increasing the supply of the coin, which puts DOWNWARDS pressure on the price, whereas if you are mining something else & using the proceeds to buy already-existing Zeit you are effectively increasing the demand, thus putting UPWARDS pressure on the price.

It would be worth doing for that alone, but coupled with the fact that I am making 6,500 Zeit/hr MORE for my hashpower (+68%) makes it a no-brainer.

- at least until Zeit goes above 3 sats Wink
