Whenever you have a 1/1 card or the only PSA 10 it puts your card into a special class of pricing. I would say the card is priced right

If by chance one or two more black mini's grade at psa 10, the price would probably fall drastically. Keep that in mind if you are thinking of jumping in at this price. If it were a printing plate or wood card or any 1/1 you wouldn't have to consider such possibility

With 31 being submitted and only 1 10, i doubt another 10. One would have a better chance at a 10 with BGS. The conspiracy theorist in me says it is planned. Those 30 must be off center and they all were printed on same plate. Doesn't add up.

It's just a gamble. You could take all the 9's that you got, crack them and resubmit them. One of them could come back a 10. Could have been the regular grader was off that day, or there and didn't feel good. Any number of reasons really. I know dealers that do that same thing, every time that they send cards in. It's a crap shoot. There are still plenty of cards out there and there's no way to know if they've been top loaded or not. I'm thinking that we will see more 10's in the x mini in the future. So unless money is no issue for you, I'd hold out. I heard that PSA hired a bunch of new graders to get caught up.....sooooo?

The issue is the smallest speck of white showing brings it down to a 9 or less. You need to look at the card on a black piece of paper straight on and not from an angle.

The owner of that card figures that he/she better sell it while the gettin's good, and they currently have the only one available.......so far. I'd bet the rent check that, that's gonna change.

I'm too mad at PSA to give in and buy that card (not to mention not having 23k to burn). I personally submitted 12 cards or so. Many that looked pristine to me.

I hear there are card doctors that "treat" ailing cards. There was an article about ut recently

You can buy a psa9 michael jordon rookie (holy grail of basketball cards) a raw tom brady sp authentic 2000 rc (will be the holy grail of football cards) and a rough 1951 mickey mantle bowman rc (one of baseball's holy grails) for under $23k for all 3 combined! Just because it's a PSA 10 doesnt mean it deserves to be worth a slightly used Toyota camry

I agree with Wheelz...definitely over-priced. But hey, that guy is "fishing" for a sucker, and he may just get one...stranger things have been known to happen

My thoughts on collecting cards is if it is for your own enjoyment and won't break the bank for you then by all means buy away

If the black mini PSA 10 gets priced around the 5K range I think it will sell. If it were a red mini PSA 10 it would have been gone in my opinion. Someone said there were 40 of the black mini's that were made and I have no reason to doubt the #. The cards that I would list based on rarity would be as follows
1. Printing plates. silver mini (1) From the Topps vault regular and mini blank backs
2. Regular and mini glossy (1) No known PSA 10
3. Glow in the dark ( 2 ) 1 PSA 10
4 Red mini x (5) No known PSA 10
5. Brooklyn back (25) 4 PSA 10
6. black mini x ( 40 ? ) 1 PSA 10
7. No # ( 50 ) I think about 5 PSA 10
This is just a list of the regular size and mini cards that are the rarest ones. It does not include any 5x7 or posters .

Nor does it include the 1/1 Topps Vault Cards. Or the extremely valuable 5x7 ERROR rare "unicorn". If you going to talk about "valuable" Cryptocurrency Rookies, then these cards fall into that category, easily.
1/1 Topps Vault 3-in-1 Card Cryptocurrency (Graded)
1/1 Topps 5 x 7 ERROR Card Cryptocurrency (Only the 5x7 cards came initially/originally in a complete sealed set, the rest were box's and packs. 49 of the "colorized " sets & 10 of the "Gold" sets.) Graded
1/1 Topps Vault Cryptocurrency Not sure if the owner of this card had it graded yet or not.
