Of course, the Rock CFO must know that he is destroying the single rest of the Rock Trading reputation and digging its grave for a few more bucks.
Actually, I'm starting to be concerned that they will destroy the Rock and end up without money to return my money before the Italian authorities are able to solve this case.
I wonder if anyone could do better if he wanted to ruin his own business?
What an irony, that I would be concerned with the "irrational" things that he does!

How the scammer Medri isnt in jail already shows how the bitcoin world is still a jungle where scammers can get their way. That the Rock Exchange still has customers is another incredible situation. I read the complaint from that italian complainer on the italian board. What a surprise. Trust your money to scammers and then see what happens. But the scammer Medri is doing his best to ruin his scam businness. Soon in jail or without naive customers the game will end for him.

The Rock Trading CFO clearly doesn't learn from experience. Trying to do to other Rock customers what he is doing to me, like if he wasn't already in trouble, is a serious mistake. First he gets another complaint on the forum, then he will get more near the Italian authorities. We'll see for how long his exchange will last, taking in account the person who runs it and all his actions. He won't be able to buy people to hide his actions, like he did with all his paid positive reviews on the Rock Trading Facebook page. Just check https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4975753.msg52863951#msg52863951

As I already informed everyone, the Rock Trading is running a bot on their own exchange, trading with their customers, which creates conflicts of interest and, since also trades with it self, inflates abusively their trade volume to mislead customers and sites that publish exchange volumes.
When confronted with this accusation on an email, the Rock CFO didn't deny that this bot was owned by them.
Well, this recent crash of bitcoin had to hit them hard. The few customers that still use their exchange probably dumped their bitcoins on the bot and they ended up with the loses of the crash.

Today, another crash from 6900 to 5700.
I imagine how many dumps of crypto their Bot had to handle from their customers. I wonder how many they lost again today.
And increasing the spread between bid and ask don't really avoid it when we are talking of a more than 20% crash.
Yes, these swings increase volume and fees, but the loses on the bot eat them all and much more.

The scammers at Rock Trading will have no choice but to close their exchange soon because their real trading volume is so low they have no business. They cannot cover expenses let alone make any profit. After the way they selective scammed you they deserve to be shut down immediately. Today, another crash from 6900 to 5700.

Thanks for your continuous support, JollyGood! I wonder for how long they will go on. These wild swings will scare the rest of their few customers. And they increase so much the spread of their bot orders that customers will lose a lot of money selling their bitcoins there. The questions is: will they survive until closed down by the italian authorities? I hope they will or they will go bankrupt and many customers will lose money. And my money will be at risk too.

I'm sorry for the situation you're facing. I'm doing research on the exchange now. I'm I'm right it's over a year since your initial complaint filed. As I read you have also submitted multiple complaints. Even with lazy slow structures I'm sure you would have received any feedback from the organizations that you submitted complaint. What did you hear back from the institutions?

After almost 2 years of silence, the Rock CTO Paci made a post answering a complaint from another customer that had his Rock account abusively frozen because of KYC, even if the account has no balance or a very small one: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5025233.msg54112606#msg54112606And the CTO by saying that the customer could easily solve the block my contacting the support, confirmed what I have been saying for 18 months: this is all about keeping my money and not about KYC. If I had there 100 bucks they would unfreeze my account easily like they just said they will do to this customer. All his lies about KYC and european rules were AGAIN unmasked by his own CTO.

It really doesn't matter what the rock trading says as you are not communicating with them and you are communicating with institutions. They gave you nothing in a year! Your account has been frozen for 2 year. Either you have not contacted correct institutions, or it's not their fault.

Here is a newbie account with just two post and both of them were made specifically in this thread 10 days apart from each other. So what? I'm not commenting under every post. Just hide your feelings and try thinking clearly. It's 1 year since he submitted application to arbitrator. He says he got nothing even negative reply. How does that make sense?

I guess you talked with them. As they are the ones who usually talk about the arbitrage. The Rock CFO wrote here that he wouldn't respect the arbitrator decision: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4975753.msg50017001#msg50017001So, I couldn't care less for a non binding decision. Italy has excellent legal experts (my lawyer said that), but we know at what pace the system works. Now, they will answer to the italian authorities. For now, the Italian Garante of Privacy and the Italian Organismo Agenti e Mediatori (OAM). Not their fault? Read the Open post, about all their lies and schemes. Check all their negative feedback: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=35172They just ignored the general opinion of many of the most respected members of the community.

You are right, this almantasr probably is the Rock Trading CFO again. He was clearly writing from their perspective, including the usual reference to the "arbitrage". Moreover, the Rock Trading created another alt account last 28 March (the same exact day the Rock CTO posted on the italian thread) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2786780 and is using it to post the usual lies on my italian thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5025233.180Posted 9 posts on a row only on that thread. But now he is also insulting me, calling me compulsive and massive Troll, hiding behind the alt account: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5025233.msg54206911#msg54206911He even uses the usual same kind of writing, that he used many times on this thread: 1) you are this OR 2) you are that: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4975753.msg50463660#msg50463660This guy doesn't learn.

And he keeps lying, denying being the Rock Trading CFO and at the same time posting proposals on behalf of the Rock Trading: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5025233.msg54238983#msg54238983Now he is saying that I should ask the lawyer to write to them. He is crazy, if he thinks I'm going to even consider to waste money with another request to the lawyer without a full promise made from the Rock CFO on this thread that he renounce any further request about documents or identity and will liberate my money as soon as he is contacted by the lawyer, without any other request or demand. This guy made promises before: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4975753.msg49576928#msg49576928And then changed them completely and started again lying, inventing that I hacked my account and other inventions to hide what he is trying to do. This is just another of his tricks.

Now I understand why the Rock CFO is creating even more alt accounts and posting with them here and on the italian thread, he was banned from bitcointalk!
It's because of this ban that Paci had to post on the italian thread for the first time in years to answer a customer complaint.
The Rock CFO hasn't logged on his main account eliale for about 7 months. I dare him to prove me wrong.
Thanks to the administrators of the forum.
I told him that things would go from bad to worst.
And the italian authorities haven't yet acted. They are going to catch him with my money on his hands.
His fake excuses and illegal pretexts won't fool them. He will answer for all of this.

I have tried to keep this as restraint as possible, but too much time has passed. It's about time to inform the customers also of their second business https://www.tinkl.it about what kind of person manages it and what kind of acts he done, included all the schemes and lies he used to try to hide that he still is willing to keep my money "forever" with his illegal pretext of KYC.

A respected forum member, true fighter against scammer and scams, has decided to support also this thread by giving merits to it.
My thanks to Nutildah for his support.
Also thanks to jassbrow35 for his support to one of the flags against the Rock CFO.
Every support counts to warn all bitcoiners about what kind of people manages the Rock Trading Exchange. This is not only about me and my 35500 euros, is also about the interest of the Community to avoid that people like them are entrusted with other people's money.

Besides burning their bitcoin accounts, they also completely burned the Rock Facebook account, since they bought 13 fake positive reviews in order to full their customers and potential customers. One review alerting for this fact and their facebook account will be another liability for them instead of another way to fool their customers: https://www.facebook.com/pg/TheRockTrading/reviews/This won't be hard to get. And it will be necessary just one.
