I haven't joined bounties in 2017 but in 2018. And there is not much in them now.

Alot of bounty hunters saying that this has been the worst year and it was much better in 2017 and the problem is the number of participants has increased big time and because of that there is nothing much left in bounties now.

Is it true ? and if it is then the participants are going to grow even more in the coming years so that means the bounties will drop further. And if this happens then what will be the future of the bounty hunters and with that what will be the future of cryptos ?

I think this year was the worst for cryptocurrency in general. A bounty depends on the market situation. The desire to invest in cryptocurrency has greatly decreased, and even more so in ICO projects. So now the bounty campaigns is not very profitable to participate, and the number of hunters, this situation is not much affected.

I don't think that bounties will die because if you want to attract people to your project and promote it you will have to make a bounty campaign. No one gives their time and money for free.

No
Market is back!

I mean although it is in slump, we can see that people are actually interacting with DAPPs and trading
Hence i believe market is there and bounty will remain

I haven`t noticed any big difference in the condition of bounty sphere between the beginning of the 2018 and in the end of it. However, market recovery can add some positiveness.

Yes, bounty hunting was way more profitable in 2017.
There are two major reasons why:
The first, is that the market was bullish all 2017 with and insane pump towards the end.
The second, is that there were more quality projects that yielded quality coins with actual value.

So lets look at 2018, hmmmm...
Crashing market, then a prolonged bear market, then another crash.
99% trash ico projects, how many good projects this year? I can think of 2 maybe 3.

On top of that, bounty hunters have increased too, leading to a lot of cheating and scamming.

The future of bounty hunters remains a big question. At the moment, the projects are still using their services but it's not for long. Yes, the year 2017 was a Paradise for all! Now the market is falling but felt a turn for the
better. I think as long as there is an opportunity to engage in a good bounty.

for now we can say that, bounty has die for now due to many paused of bounty program, because the bad market condition today.
I agree, few of the projects can now pay , everyone does not want to drown their token , I think in the future can begin to pay , but of course people have little patience

as long as new projects are emerging that use bounty campaign, the bounty is not dead yet. They say that this year is the worst year because in this year only a few bounty campaigns give a good wage. And thus may the next year be the best year of the bounty hunters.

This is possible considering the fact that SCAM ICO's continues to make a negative effect on everyone that is into crypto. If you notice, a lot of bounty hunters are quitting and the fact that they are not being paid affects the quality of their work. However, I still cannot think of any cheap way to endorse or advertise a crypto. Bounty is still the cheapest yet effective so I will that its their as long as ICO exist.

Probably your correct it's difficult for bounty hunter in this year 2018, but take note not all time are easy to earn profits. we should all knows this year is a very harder time to earn profits in any field herein crypto because of the bear market, i think next year 2019 all of these struggles are become fix not only for the bounties but for the entired crpto.

No bounties will not die but due to increase of participation rewards value will be reduced ,which would be lesser than the propotional value of work involved, resulting in disappointment to the hunters, more and more hunters will quit hunting seeing this nominal rewards.

this period is very hard for boutny campaigns. people lost believe in it. at the same time those will win who still does bounty campaings during period of turn of the market.
indeed in 2018, many crypto users reduced their activities to campaign participation.

but i think it's an unwise decision, because the market will recover and when the market recovers, the ico tokens will be very profitable. we just need to be a little more choosy and be in the right ico campaign.

Yes, in 2018 this was a bad method for Bounty. Many new ICOs but cannot achieve success. But when there is a step forward and there will definitely be a step-down. And when I entered in 2019 I am sure there will be a more promising new ICO.

the bounty will die if continuous without clear results. many hunters began to feel restless and frustrated with existing conditions and this is a bad thing. for this year was the year of bad for crypto and even today the result of bounty can't produce anything great and even where the best bounty no satisfactory results. so maybe a big disappointment on the bounty this year would make him die on the next time if there is no change.

Bounty isn't dead yet, it's just that now it is experiencing a drastic decline, and many ico are stuck in 2018 too, at the beginning of 2019 we certainly hope there will be an increase for crypto to be better so that everything will run better compared to the year this

With many bounty and ICO participants who are scamming it is very difficult to find ICO projects that are truly good and have fantastic values like 2017, even until the end of this year I have not yet gotten a truly valuable bounty.
this year the worst year for me as a bounty participant.
I hope that next year everything will get better and for me bounty will never die until any time.

Looking at the situation of the market , which has cause so many down price and other market inactivity to boom the market , bounty has also surfer for lot of reasons that shouldn't be , team decide to cut reward , not paying as due , locking of token for long time and also stopping the bounty with no reward ,a lot has happen this year which I believe many project are just kind of hit and run project with no vision and with the market situation it has shown them the way out at start but I see bounty becoming great again when the market is stable.

Most of this will depend on market conditions and what impact regulations will have on crowdsales so doing some research into these aspects will help provide you with an indication of where the best opportunities might be in the near future

In my opinion, the bounty hunters should limit the participants, I have seen one campaign with over 2000 participants, they are dividing small shares for so many participants, but bounty manager wants more participants even if they paid them cents worth of tokens, if ICO continues we can see as many as 10000 participants in one campaign alone.
