SwC, would it be possible to add a sound notification when your seat is open when you’re on the wait list for a game?
I love your site, but it’s hard to monitor my laptop when I’m not actively on a game and a sound notification would really help. You mentioned you’re improving the experience in 2021, so I hope you’ll consider adding this in the next build.
We agree, it has been passed on to the team. Thank you for the suggestion.

Good to see seals still around after all these years. One of my favorite parts about the old seals was the drive to earn krill to get into the freeroll promotional tourneys. Made the grind that much more worth it. Signed back in a few days ago and didnt really notice anything about krill other than a little rake. Is swc still running any kind of freerolls for higher krill members?

We appreciate the feedback we have received from our players regarding our last rake adjustment and have made the following adjustments for limit games. Effective immediately. The full schedule can be viewed here: https://swcpoker.club/house-rules#charge-rake

Compare the rake before to the rake now.
I agree with you that this is a decent move (the first in literally months). But this is like saying "My favourite potato chip cost $1. The price rose to $4 per bag and after protests, the manufacturer lowered it to $3. That's great!"

The full schedule can be viewed here: https://swcpoker.club/house-rules#charge-rakeNice job. Hopefully this will encourage people to start games. It would be so much easier if you could just have the software automatically adjust rake weekly or monthly based on the BTC/USD price at a fixed/scheduled time. (i.e. Rake is auto adjusted every Monday morning or on the 1st of every month). This would provide your user base with a more consistent rake schedule. When the BTC price spikes and as a result your rake becomes some of the highest in the industry, players often find other sites to play and never come back.

There is a bug in the OFCp Progressive games.
When you are in fantasyland and have the opportunity to play a full house on the bottom and another full house in the middle, you'll be prompted with an error message upon clicking the "Play" button. The error message reads something along the lines of: "Your hand is fouling. Are you sure you want to play this?".
Thought I was going crazy triple and quadruple checking my hand looking for the error (there wasn't one).

Unfortunately, no. The "krill rolls" from the past are indeed in the past. There is a daily tiny krill freeroll for those with 500 krill. I believe from time to time there is also a 5k+ krill satellite style tournament, but I am not even sure about that or how often it runs. There is nothing after that for higher krill accounts like the good old days of 25k, 50k, 150k, etc.

I believe there is new text shown in the Withdraw section of the SwC Poker cashier: Your withdraw will be slightly less due to Bitcoin network fee. Users pay exact network fee, there is no charge by SwC.

Users pay exact network fee, there is no charge by SwC. This is correct. For withdrawals, the required network fee will be deducted from the total amount withdrawn. Players will only pay the exact network fee required to complete the transaction. SwC does not charge or keep any fees for deposits or withdrawals.

LOL. Why would that message even exist? Let the people foul. What's next, "You are about to go all-in with T5o on the bubble, are you sure you want to do that?!"

It sounds like you were playing OFC 2-7, where the middle row is the best low hand, and anything over a 10 low is a foul. Thus a fullhouse would be a foul in the middle. Check your hand history to see if this was the case.

All users that paid the big fee were refunded 1000 chips
We made a mistake when pushing user-pays-fee, targeting almost next block, but wallet has been updated and targeting a later block now. Batching will save more fees and will take us some weeks to build and test it. Since start, SwC always paid the user withdrawal fee. With increase in Bitcoin usage the fee became a big expense. Some players made lots of withdrawals so we would pay the fee. SwC is discussing a schedule for frequent players to earn free withdrawals, or giving one free withdrawal per time frame. So we refunded all users 1000 chips for the trouble and future withdrawals will pay less fees now and confirm later.

No, I think he talks about a real but minor bug in the high variations.
To be more specific, let's say that we are in fantasy land with the possibility of setting two full houses with AAA, KKK, 99 and 22. If we place AAA22 at the bottom and KKK99 in the middle, the "foul detector" reacts and invites us to place AAA99 at the bottom and KKK22 in the middle. It would therefore seem that instead of taking into account only the rank of the trips it does it for the rank of the trips and for the rank of the pair.
I have already forced this situation to see if the hand actually ends up being invalidated and it is not. So this is just a minor bug.
Fernando is correct, this occurred while playing OFCp Progressive, not 2-7. I set a FH on the bottom and a weaker FH in the middle. When I clicked the "Play" button, I was prompted with the error message stating that I was going to commit a foul if I continued. I ignored the message and continued without issue; the hand did not actually foul. On one occasion I did witness another player change his hand construction because he/she was afraid to risk it. It may be minor bug, but it certainly has cost some players a little bit of money. But again, if you ignore the message and play your hand how you intended, nothing will happen. Unless of course your hand actually is fouling.

There is no option to store/save OFC hand histories. Can you please fix this. There should be the ability to have all hand histories downloadable or stored locally on a player's computer.
