Yes of course! You can set a NEGATIVE Gain (for example -10%).
It means that you accept a 10% LOSS.
If you set something like -500% you will always trade on TOP of book order.

Great! I will get my CAT back up and running then.

Just so I can say that I asked, could you please elaborate a bit ?

Ty.

I thought they already allowed people to use API access for their "needs".

Usually API are not 100% Complete.
In CCEX api for example, there's a 5 seconds limit per call.
C.A.t. couldn't works with a 5 seconds limit per call  Undecided

Ahh, well... I'm a bit on the fence now, may still buy CAT but def will for c-cex. So if you could look in to it with their admins, that'd be awesome.

Thx m8.

Well guys things are simple and written in TOS (you can find it in the main page or in the TXT file i send when a new user buy a C.A.T. copy).

1 -
- Your copy of C.A.T. is personal, and related to your Public API Key, so Do Not Change Your API Key or you won't be able to use C.A.T.

2-
Refunds are not possibile (C.A.T. is not an hardware). However reselling C.A.T. is allowed, and the buyer will receive the same level of support as if they had bought C.A.T. from me personally.

3 -
- If you buy a copy from another C.A.T. user, I'm not responsible for any kind of problems. I will only change the nickname from "olduser" to "newUser" in my C.A.T. Users List.

To be honest correct rules 2 must be :
2-
However reselling C.A.T. is allowed BUT Only the CORE part, you are not allowed to sell your API KEY.

There are many reason behind these rules : security/control/avoid scam (or try to do it)
If i let users sell also API Keys is only because sometimes people create "fake" account without personal data, so it's not important for them if someone else get that account.

So, in your case :
- If you don't want to sell the CORE + API you can only sell the CORE, for 0.4 BTC Example, it's a 0.1 Discount for the right to use C.A.t.
- Then the new user will buy Fresh C.A.T. api from me.

From my point of view, if you want a new C.A.T. copy, you have a 0.5 Fixed price, then you must add the API Price you want.
Now you have the opportunity to buy the core for less than 0.5 BTC, but i think that a reasonable price is at least 0.3 BTC.

When ping ponging, is there a way to recalculate when people stake their orders on mine ?

Also, I noticed something funny on the buy side.

If there's buys that look like this...

1 @ 0.00000127
1 @ 0.00000126
1 @ 0.00000125
1 @ 0.00000124
1 @ 0.00000123

Lets say the middle three drop out, that would leave a list which looks like...

1 @ 0.00000127
1 @ 0.00000123

Well, lets say I have order 1 @ 0.00000127, with the middle three orders gone because their owners cancelled them. Shouldnt CAT recalculate my buy at 0.00000124 ? The way it does now it leaves it at 0.00000127 costing me an extra 0.00000003 sats.

I hope this makes sense but recalucation only seems to work to give you the best price on the buy / sell side but not recalculate when other people remove their orders.

Hope this makes sense.

Recalculate functions try to set your order in the best position (and according to your parameter).
So, in your example, CAT will recalculate price at 0.00000124 during recalculation routine.
But remember that Recalculation routine occurs every X Lookup (X Is Dynamic, you can set from the Ping-Pong parameter panel).

I noticed it re-calulating forward to beat others making me the highest buyer, but never backwards as per my example.

Also, what about the order stacking thing I mentioned ? Did you understand what I was saying ?

If people stack their orders on mine be it on the buy side or sell side my orders will take longer to fill.
