Hello,
Im no expert in sgminer configuration and even though im not sure about the "tcp-keepalive" parameter behavior, i'd try to change it 60.
I dont think "no-submit-stale" is related to your connection problem. But it's recommended to send stale submits on our pool ("no-submit-stale": false). You'll have more rejected, but also a slight performance improvement.
If that doesnt fix you issue, we can setup a debugging session so we can dig down the problem.

We have received a few suggestions. The most recurrent being the lack of individual stats. That's true. In the next version we'll have the last 24 hours hash stats for every user.
Another comment we've got is regarding the complexity of the wallet page where it shows that huge fat matrix of all your coins immature and confirmed. It's been said that it isnt that useful as the only really interesting info is the balance and the current paying price per mh.
After thinking about it, we came up seeing PAY PER SHARE as maybe a good solution. That way, every submitted share would be paid directly in BTC to your balance account according to the current paying price. Users wouldnt need to bother with the details of maturation, orphaning and exchange delay. The current paying price would be computed based on the most profitable coin of the moment. The other advantage is that users will get a more stable stream of revenue. You know what you'll get. We would still use the same pool engine and profit should be the same, with less delay and more stability. We should still keep a page where you can see the coins beeing mined.
We'll probably do that unless you guys have objections and think it's a real bad idea.

do you plan in the future to add some other mining option like x15 or you will keep up just with x11 and x13?

Any chance of adding Scrypt autoswitch mining to your website anytime soon?

not sure if that's what you need, but you can use the password to identify miners.

We just have one X15 coin at this time. We're still looking for good X15 coins to add.
As soon as we get on our feet after the recent and sudden increase in hashpower, we'll certainly be looking at adding scrypt mining.

Just a few words to describe the new scheme for fees. We wanted to implement a way to limit the hashpower when there're not enough difficult coins to mine for a specific algo. That doesnt seem good for a coin's health to throw too much hashpower to it. It becomes crazy and starts to reject blocks. So we came up with a variable fee scheme based on hashpower and our coin list's total difficulty. Here's the formula: log(hashpower / 1000000 / sum(coins.difficulty)) + .5 more coins in the algo's list with high difficulty means lower fees fees should range from .5% - 1.5% for scrypt and x11 as there're enough difficult coins in their list and, 1.5% - 2.5% for x13 and x15 as there're just a few coins to mine. Fees are included in estimated profit.

Thanks for asking for the command line. When I went to copy it, I realized my mistake and corrected it. I still had ".Bit1", ".Bit2", ".Bit3" at the end of my wallet address.
Can you find it and correct it on your end?
Awesome pool! The stats page has all of the information I look for in a pool.
Peace,

I can see that they were paid out but they have not posted to my account. While I am enjoying your pool, the amount of time to resolve this issue is a bit frustrating. Peace,

I have been mining at least one hour and I do not see my statistics on web site. My bitcoin address is 14vFdqCiBn1jcmKK1dvixizK7tRTbaXbKP. Is there any possibility to show all users (bitcoin addresses) to check possible typo mistakes?
Edit: I found a mintake on setting my stratum proxy. I added a worker name at the end of my bitcoin address. Is there any possibility to correct it on your side?

Normally, you should start having results very quickly looking at this url http://yaamp.com/?address=BITCOIN_WALLET with you BTC wallet. Our software does not verify the validity of the address. We might look at implementing validation in the future. But in the meantime, mining to random string is considered a donation to your favorite pool. I'll be looking at those with .bit1 or .bit2 or similar worker extensions for transfering your balance from the wrong address to the right one. Give me a few days so i find a way to find these cases in the db. Oh and BTW we did block a few ip addresses as they were submitting 100% invalid hash for a while. Please say if you were blocked by mistake and go to hell if you were blocked for the good reason
