I simply stated facts ( the other person made the experience himself by not getting any helpful advise from support ) and I gave a good advise. I did not attack you personally before and yet you do it all the time.
Frankly, you did not and do not sell that the support is bad. I am quoting the following from a reputed member of this forum and who has been always helpful and he is not like you as you have been a troll.

I would sincerely beg you to reconsider your opinion, because BC Support --be it the person who handle the forum account, or the reps [a handful of them] that's "assigned" to me and in constant communication with me-- actually plays a very huge contribution on each and every cases against them that I oversee and enabled me to get to the bottom of things.
Just because they're "silent" here doesn't mean they didn't actively participate in solving cases against them, nor that their absence should be perceived as something that doesn't look good. They immensely helped and handled cases, get things done, behind the screen, providing evidence that's set for-my-eyes-only due to its private nature. In fact, BC support is perhaps one of the most active support team amongst other casinos' reps on the forum in handling cases.
This case for instance, they dug into the user's history, that took them days to get done as they have to communicate inter-departments [and only god knows how many departments they have to visit to compile these informations], and unearthed evidences that I asked, simply to prove that their mod's decision is justified.
So, I'll humbly beg you to reconsider
BC.Game Support's participation on this forum's dispute, as their silence this far is because I already made a statement regarding cases, so they avoid redundancies by making similar statement, and not a form of negligence.
It is very sad this forum has to deal with people like you and I don't understand why you are even in a signature campaign with this mindset and behavior, it is not a good look for this casino having you spamming their thread with thank you posts about the raffles/giveaways and attacking people for SPEAKING THEIR MIND and SHARING THEIR EXPERIENCE.
You are a gender-biased entity who has no idea how the present world works. You tried to shut me down with your gender-based reply which is not good for a forum where identity is hidden and you assumed that by trolling me assuming I was a female, according to you, I could be stopped from replying to your troll comments and replies on the main thread. Do stop lecturing others while thinking you are the best of everyone here. It is common understanding why sometimes such messages are said by the support or why such error messages pop up. If you do not have the experience then lay low and stop pestering someone with your agenda or for the sake of quota.
@ Ico, you campaign participant is the one that is disrespectful and ALWAYS starting this nonsense insulting on a personal level. Even a blind man could see that.
