If there's no proper lighting in the room where you want to take the photo, it will be blur or if you don't stable you hands and put the camera to be focused on the image, it will ne blur. Sometimes, the document might not be very clear which will lead to a blur image.

But in case this will not work I can always try again to resubmit the same ID with it’s original quality.

Put simply, detecting whether an image has been manipulated or not happens at the pixel level of the image. The detection algorithms recognize that certain areas of an image are structured differently, but of course they don't know whether the brightness has been changed or, for example, glasses have been added or removed. As soon as such changes are detected, the KYC document is usually rejected, as it cannot be ruled out that someone is attempting fraud.


But you are right, of course, you can usually restart the process and simply upload the original image if necessary.
