I am surprised that the match is going ahead today. Krunal + at least half a dozen of the players are not available. India, even if they manage to garner 11 players to make up the numbers, will struggle to find the right balance. But then calling off the match will be not right, as it will result in the SLCB incurring huge losses. That is why it is important for the players to strictly adhere to the bio-bubble rules. A single mistake can result in a loss of tens of millions of USD for the organizers (similar to what happened with the IPL).

@pakhitheboss the net bowlers of team India have been added in the squad, and due to this I expect a win for Srilanka. India started well, IMO. After the first power play, they were at 45/0 (6.0 overs). But the fall of first wicket seems to have slowed them down, as Shikhar Dhawan is known as a slow starter. Devdutt Padikkal has come to the crease now, and today's his debut. IMO, he is one of the best young batsmen available for India, but somehow the selectors always tend to ignore him when it comes to national team selection. He has a strike rate of close to 150 in T20 cricket and I will be disappointed in case he fails today.

Against Australia, the West Indian batsmen really struggled. Both the pacers (Starc/Hazlewood) as well as the spinners (Zampa, Turner, Agar) put then in a lot of trouble. But then, it is T20 format and West Indies definitely have an advantage in this format. In fact, they are one of the best in T20 format. It needs to be seen whether rain will allow play today or not. India scored only 132 runs. I am surprised to see such a low run rate in T20 matches. Despite having many good batsmen in the Indian squad, they have scored only 132 runs. Sikhar Dhawan scored 40 runs off 42 balls. The strike rate is less than 100. I at least expected them to collect more than 145. Sri Lanka needs 133 runs off 120 balls. Not a very difficult task.
