Ireland vs India 3rd T20 match was supposed to start today but due to rain the match was not started. In today's match we could have seen a good game between the two teams but basically the match has been postponed due to rain. But we know that if today's match had started then India would definitely have the most chances to win. Because out of the three matches, India won two matches brilliantly and everyone thought that they would win today's match.

Ireland has lost last 2 matches with India so even if they win this match they will not be able to overtake India and on the other hand Ireland is much weaker team than India so maybe it is not possible for them to beat India even today. The match has been suspended due to rain and the game can start anytime but India is well prepared for that.  So it is expected that India will beat Ireland in the 3rd T20I if the match is played after the rain ends. It is not too difficult for India to beat Ireland.

Yes, 3rd T20 match between India and Ireland was abandoned without a ball due to rain and India won the series by a 2-0 lead. Indian captain Jasprit Bumrah is the player of the series because of his amazing bowling performance.  I think if the Rain stopped and match is played India is aiming for 3-0 to whitewash Ireland. But due to Rain and weather conditions match don't be played. After winning this series india next assignment is the Asia cup that starts from 30th August and Ireland will travel to England for the 3 Match ODI Series starting from 20th September.

Due to rain, the third T20 match was not played in the end. Jasprit Bumrah led India already won the first two T20 matches of this series. In the last match, it was expected that India might whitewash Ireland but despite the expectations and chances, it did not happen due to rain. Had the match not been abandoned due to rain in the third and final T20I, India would have had the chance to whitewash Ireland in this series. Jasprit Bumrah led team India finished a great T20 series. This was India's last bilateral series before the Asia Cup. And the Asia Cup will be held after 6 days, hopefully Team India will get good quality players from the last few series.

In this three match series Indian team has secured victory in two of them and achieved a successful tour. In my sense I believe the situation has worked out somewhat favorably for Ireland due to the last match being affected by rain and cancellation for the match. If they were able to play the match, they might have faced defeat. It seemed to be no way of escaping the outcome against a white wash but they get rid from the situation.

Now The Asia Cup is set to commence in a few days and  the World Cup is also near. With these events approaching, it's crucial for India to concentrate fully on their ODI form.

Ahead of the Asia Cup, India has already announced a 16-man squad with many young cricketers making it to the squad. Several cricketers from the last West Indies and Ireland series have been considered for the Asia Cup squad. The 16-man squad that India has announced for the Asia Cup undoubtedly looks like a much stronger squad. KL Rahul returned from injury and Jasprit Bumrah bowled brilliantly in the last T20 series against Ireland and this Indian fast bowler was the best of the series. With the return of key players from injury and the inclusion of young cricketers in the squad, India can expect a good tournament. I am considering India Pakistan and Bangladesh as favorites for this Asia Cup.

Anyway it is good to see that we are getting completed matches during the Caribbean Premier League. Guyana Amazon Warriors won by a huge margin of 65 runs. For the St Kitts And Nevis Patriots, apart from Evin Lewis and Ambati Rayudu none of the other batsmen could make a score of more than 30. The spin from Imran Tahir and Gudakesh Motie was tough for them to handle. Even then, they were cruising nicely until Evin Lewis got out. At that point, they were 83/2. New Zealand has started their tour of England on a high note. They easily defeated Worcestershire in the warmup match by 7 wickets. Kyle Jamieson, Lockie Ferguson and Rachin Ravindra picked up 3 wickets to restrict Worcestershire to 124, and then the Kiwi batsmen chased the target in just 12 overs. I don't know how much we should read into this win, because Worcestershire had fielded a very young and inexperienced side. They have one more tour match against Gloucestershire tomorrow, and after that the first T20I is scheduled on 30th August.

@NomiPk shared in his post that Kane Williamson was announced as the captain of the team for the series against England I was a bit surprised based on his post and tried to discuss the fact that Kane Williamson recovered from injury so quickly in my post. However, the New Zealand team traveled to England to play a series of four T20Is and four ODIs.Tim Southee was named as the T20I captain and Tom Latham was named as the captain for the ODI series. I had bet on him for a 40+ score and I was actually counting on him to do well in the last season because he went to base price but the poor guy got injured.
